From beginning to end my experience with BlueOx has been nothing but the best of the best! Its hard to spend this level of money and still have a smile on your face at the end... but we did. It's hard to find a company who believes in the phrase "Your word is your bond" and they delivered every time. I am beyond grateful we found ***** and the rest of the team. We had a full roof replacement and house repaint. Look no further...i would give BlueOx 100 stars if i could. Lastly, the upgraded tier 4 roof is worth every ***** for hail storms! When you call, ask for our awesome Sales Rep ****** You don't get any better than him. Thanks again ***** for all you did for ** from beginning to end.

We recently bought a new house and have worked with lots of contractors to make updates. Blue Ox is the best we have worked with. Everyone we talked with was very friendly and worked with us to make decisions that fit our budget. They actually stuck to the budget and were upfront about everything. Great people to work with! Fast, reliable, professional. ***** was honest about the condition of my roof. And when the wind blew off some shingles, his team fixed the leak asap for a great price! Blue Ox Exteriors was recommended to us by a neighbor and we were very pleased with our new roof. Zach communicated with us each step of the project and handled issues with the insurance company. The installation crew worked efficiently and did a good job with clean up. Blue Ox did a wonderful job with both my roof as well as my mom's. Zach in particular was so thorough, responsive, helpful and absolutely fulfilled every commitment. Blue Ox Exteriors was highly recommended, and Zach went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was very thorough explaining the different roofing and gutter options, was extremely helpful in giving us his professional opinion when we had questions, and followed up quickly when we needed assistance after installation. We worked with ***** after a hailstorm and had a great experience! They made the entire process easy and smooth. ****** checked all the boxes I look for in a roofing contractor: timely, business-like but friendly, efficient (both ****** staff as well as gutter and solar panel subs), honest, and talented. They provided a reasonable estimate for services up front, dealt directly with my insurance company, and ensured that the final cost matched the initial estimate as much as possible (there are often ancillary issues that arise once a roof is removed but they were uniformly communicative about those). In particular, sales rep *************************** was outstanding to work with--professional, courteous, and responsive. I'd definitely use ****** services again and recommend them to others without hesitation.
