I dont want to have any specifics of my account shared if Alpha Recovery decides to respond. But they are not kind people. Their responses to other peoples reviews/complaints saying they are professional isnt accurate. Of course they would say that to save their own butts. Just based off my interactions with them they are extremely rude. With one representative in particular. Which if alpha recovery Corp would like their name I would be more than happy to give it to them. This particular representative Im complaining about has on numerous times talked down to me like Im a 5 year old. She has been EXTREMELY condescending to me more than once and talks to me like Im an idiot. I finally tried to call her out on it today about how she talks to me and she was not having it and didnt even offer any sort of apology for her attitude even when I asked for a supervisor because I didnt like how she was talking to me. I do not want that woman to contact me ever again. I know and understand my account and Alpha Recovery Corp is not resolved yet but going further to resolve the account I would like to be in communication with someone else. The only reason it would be acceptable for that representative to call me or have any contact with me is to give me the apology that she owes me but I will no longer be talking about my account with her. I refuse. Which Im not denying I still owe money to Alpha. I know I do and am working on getting it paid. But I demand an apology from them regarding their condescending representative.

after having to call back and speaking with ************* of which she was very helpful, i have come to the conclusion that this company whether legitimate or not should not longer practice not only from the multitude of failures to verify any information amongst other customers but the gross mishandling of any and all debts the "obtain".Also for a call center in ******** they have been shown to call from several different states including Washington ************** Tennessee ***** and a few mentioned here in the reviews. If this company would practice lawful acts and not shady practices i would have no issues continuing to resolve any debts but until the company comply with all laws including how they obtain any and all information/debts i will no longer have contact with such company. Also failure to notify any caller of whom they are prior to verification of the caller themselves is shady as well due to the fact of misleading information

Alpha Recovery Corp is bound to the laws regulating our industry. It is not permissible for our representatives to disclose any information to anyone who is not the consumer we need to speak with. It is for this reason a persons name and identity are identified by our staff prior to any account details, including the purpose of the call, are disclosed. These are strict privacy rules in place by federal regulators and Alpha is required to comply and so we cannot disclose to any person without following the proper steps. We do understand this is frustrating to some consumers but we cannot break the law and disclose a persons account details to an unauthorized individual. Additionally we do comply with all rules surrounding caller ID and the numbers showing on a caller ID is a number that belongs to Alpha Recovery Corp and you may call those numbers back to be connected to a staff member. It is an unfortunate situation for any person to be in but our collection staff are trained to assist consumers in finding ways to resolve their debt.
