We have recently concluded a two-month process with IDS which consisted of two weeks on-site and another six weeks of remote work during the implementation phase. I specifically had them write this into our scope and agreement since in the past we have had issues with other companies following through. I can thankfully say we had no such issues with ****** and everyone else we have worked with at ***. Weve become more efficient and now have a better understanding of where we need to be with cash flow on a daily and weekly basis. Theyve helped us set solid goals to grow and transform the future of our company, guided by best practices. They helped us adjust our pricing to remain competitive while still being able to hit our margins. They had a hands-on approach that meshed well with our staff. In the past we have had people come in and alienate key staff which ended up just wasting everyones time. I can honestly say we have learned a lot over the last couple of months. Although they were only onsite for a couple of weeks, they have been able to help us remotely implement many of their recommended changes. Our company brought *** in because we felt disorganized and unsure of where the future of our company was going. Our consultant, ****, took the time to thoroughly understand our company's unique challenges and objectives. They really paid attention to our needs and were very helpful in answering all our questions. **** was very knowledgeable and took the time to get to know our staff and make sure they knew he was there to help. He showed us how to make our operations more efficient and helped us create better systems. The biggest change we made was the creation of a master load board so we can see in real-time where we stood on our various projects. **** then provided practical solutions that were easy to follow, which made a big difference in how fast we could implement them.Review from Chris S

We own a small HVAC company that services the greater ******** area. The business has been in our family for the last three decades and over that time we have had to make many changes to stay competitive and profitable. We have also expanded our services area many times over the years. This past January we hired IDS after what was essentially a cold call. We have worked with similar companies in the past but their follow up and the fact that they had worked with another company in our area pushed me to at least give them a chance. The first few days was just working with their team to come up plan of action and an acceptable scope of work and timeframe. We told them what our budget would be and they were able to come back with an POA that we agreed on and thought was acceptable. One of our larger issues was both how we handle payroll and how long it takes to complete. We were handling it internally and it usually turned into a fire drill within 48 hours of our cutoff. They helped us totally redo how we handled our internal logging and reporting when it came to employee hours and how we tied them to each project. They helped us come with some new SOPs that would allow us to lower our labor overheard across most project. It was important that we accomplished this while still keeping the integrity and reputation we had worked hard to achieve as a company. They also helped us execute weekly flash reports and cashflow reports, we review these reports weekly during our management meeting. We made a lot of other changes but most of it is extremely detailed and not worth mentioning. With *** and his colleagues help everyone in our office has grown and expanded their skills and knowledge base drastically. I am excited to see what the next 1-2 years look like and I am confident that we will be sticking to everything they have helped us implement. Our experience with IDS has been positive. Six months ago, we were ready to shut the business down or at least scale it back. We had spent the last few years expanding our operation and servicing a much larger area compared to when we first started. The daily burdens of managing and running a larger workforce were more than I was expecting and things started falling through the cracks. ******************* taught me what metrics to look for to measure my profitability and discussed what we could do to handle the larger service area and staff. He changed my mind set in how I relate to my employees. With his help we brought on two new managers who were tasked solely with logistical related responsibilities. I am content with the volume of business we do at present and will spend the next year or so just getting our current workload running smoothly. With ****'s help I was able to finally catch up and get things under control. We no longer lose work because of scheduling and logistics issues. This is the second cvompany that I have hired to try and solve our issues. My past experiences were not positive but thankfully **** was able to help us solve our issues and it was a blessing having him work hand and hand with us.Review from Grace O

We have high standards when it comes bringing in outside contractors. **** and her team exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and knowledge about our specific industry. We have been a family owned and operated business for over 20 years. Over the last 5 years we have been struggling to update our internal processes and reporting. We were still stuck in the old ways of things and it was costing us both in labor and overhead. Their recommendations were actionable and helped us move forward as a company and embrace newer managerial ideas. One of the biggest changes we made was moving our payroll to an outside processor. This not only streamlined our payroll process but it also freed us up to focus more on our overhead and less on payroll accounting issues. It also forced us to focus more on our cashflow which has helped move us forward. The process itself is a costly and intense commitment but one that we couldnt afford not to make.Review from Donald B

Over the last few weeks we have worked with IDS and more specifically ********. I wanted to give some feedback about our experience with him and his team. He really went out of his way to help us restructure our company in a more efficient and profitable way. It may sound like a small thing but the most valuable thing he did was help us setup and organize our quickbooks across all of our companies. We had been using a custom software solution that had every company all tied together which created headaches for our outside accountants. This one change has allowed us to track our cashflow accurately from week to week. We no longer waste our time on unprofitable jobs and contracts. They don't even deserve a 1 star!!!! These people are REPULSIVE!!!! Fear mongering, manipulations, threatening, SEXIST. I can't even begin to say how nauseas these people make me! ?????????? *************************** said and used any information he could to try and convince and guilt trip my husband into using their services. Even as far as bringing up my husbands DECEASED father, saying my husband was failing more than his father did. And then began saying his business is going to and IS failing BECAUSE HE RUNS IT LIKE A WOMAN! also saying he was absolutely going to lose his wife, kids, house and everything he worked so hard for if he didn't sign on with their services. I can't even put into words how utterly disgusted I am with their approach. Negative a million stars!Review from Cale H

What the analysis shows is accurate but if you don't or can't buy what they are selling right away they tear you up. I asked who to contact when I could do it and the guy told me I had to convince him they should take me. I asked him to leave after he told me I was going to lose my business my wife my kids and everything. After he left he brought my deceased father into the equation telling me I was doing even worse then he did in life. This all came because I asked for more time to look over everything with my attorney. The analysts boss said he agreed with how the analysts conducted himself.Review from Shawn W

Somehow these scammers deleted and their old reviews or maybe deleted their ****** and BBB listings and created new ones. This company is a complete scam, 100%. A few years ago they contacted our business, making big claims about how they could improve our business management, without knowing anything about our business or how we operate. The sales guy showed up in a rented Audi and told us all about how successful he is and how his son sold his business for tens of millions of dollars. First red flag, rich and successful people don't go door to door trying to sell their services. I guess he though that we'd be dazzled by his faade of wealth and success. The sales guy used a lot of scare tactics and high pressure. He wanted us to immediately share with him a lot of confidential financial information. When we showed hesitance he turned up the pressure and told us "You guys aren't letting me do my job!" and that we were preventing him from being able to help us with our business. The next day he showed up early in the day when he knew that only one member of upper-management (me) would be in the office so he could try and isolate and pressure me. I told him to leave. There are many stories similar to mine. Some of them resulting in businesses getting scammed out of thousands of dollars.
