      Probably the worst experience I have ever had. They will not honor there contract and will blatantly lie. They. Will find the littlest thing to deny your clam.I cannot believe the bbb is endorsing them.maybe I should not take the bbb indorsement as a good thing.

      They have contacted me 5 times in one day about extending my vehicles warranty. *** told them each time I am not interested and to stop calling but they continue. This is harassment

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. when we bought our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan less than a year ago, the dealer talked ** into buying a platinum plan from United Car Care. we were hesitant but finally gave in and spent the $3,000.00 to get the plan. I was in ******* and my oil change time came up so I took it to a local shop. They changed the oil and told me that my cv axle needed replaced. I knew that it would be covered but did not want to get t done in *******. On my way home I noticed my check Engine light came on and a distinct ticking was coming from the motor so I came home to KY and took the car to my local Dodge Dealer. My dealer told me that the cv axle needed replaced and the boot was wearing on the brake line. They called United and they were told that the cv axle was not covered and they would only pay a percentage of what it cost to open the engine up to diagnose what is wrong. We were sure there was a miscommunication, so we called United ourselves. The man who we talked to was absolutely condescending. He said we should of replaced the boot so it did not wear on brake line and the policy says they don't cover anything that is from a lack of maintenance. He said that they would pay a reasonable amount towards opening up the top of the motor. NEVER AGAIN will we trust a warranty company. I would give UNITED CAR CARE a minus 10 if I could.

      My name is ************ in ******, **. I have a Dodge Ram with the diesel engine less than 100k miles. My engine blew and United is taking care of it! The engine is currently on order. I appreciate the good service. I am a middle aged woman and I don't abuse my truck. No good reason for the engine failure. Thank you United! I would recommend your policy!

      My car is covered with a United Car Care ("UCC") warranty. My rear latch for the trunk shorted, and UCC told me to take it to a repair shop and submit the invoice. Then I did that and they told me I should have called them before doing the repair and they will not cover it. Submitting my complaint to BBB and letting everyone here know as well.

      My daughter bought a car from a local dealership less than 2 years ago. She bought am extended warranty through the dealership with united car care. it says it's a major coverage policy. However the issue we are having with her car is not covered ( of course ). She is having trouble getting her key out of the ignition . they won't cover it . They said they only cover major stuff like transmission, engine etc. I understand that this isn't listed in their policy , but I feel like not being able to get the key out of the ignition is a pretty major thing. We paid for a garbage warranty with no support from them at all . Th conversation was basically " Oh well , ***** to be you ". Do yourself a favor and do not buy any warranty from this company because you will be on your own. they stand behind nothing . Look at the average review score for this company, it's 1.4. that should tell you all you need to know . DO NOT BUY AN WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT . TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY .

      This is a scam company. They find any way to NOT cover a repair. The coverage sounds really good on the surface. But using it is another thing. They are masters of finding a way to relate *********** to one of the long list of not covered items. I have spend countless hours on the phone with them. Im amazed at the number of experts they have on staff. Three of them are claiming to be engineers! Wow! And another claims to have worked at **** for 18yrs in service and he knows everything. Bottom line is they wont cover ***********.

      First off, dont believe your dealer when they sell you that everything on your car is covered. Read the fine print sand youll see most of the vehicle is not covered. United Car Care customer service is terrible. Rude and couldnt give a darn after customers have spent thousands of dollars to find out items are excluded. What a joke!!Front suspension goes out 96k miles on my 2019 Suburban and they call that a wear item. Their brochure even says suspension is covered.

      I think they don't value their customers and don't follow their core values as a company that supposedly offers repairs from engines, transmissions, and axels!!! Don't fall for this scam, I would never recommend it to anyone. They have denied my claim and they do not want to write me a statement of their reasons. I have proof from the Chrysler dealership repair order as '' We suspect thrust bearing failure'' This caused the engine to lock up for safety without any previous signs while driving on the highway, immediately I had to pull over and get it towed. I have kept all the oil records from Valvoline and recently before this happen I had my oil changed at the same place. The ******* blamed me, for driving it without ''oil'' the truck was driving fine, without any issues, I always checked my oil stick every morning before leaving my house. UCC sent 3 times an inspector to Chrysler, which made a lot of labor hours accumulate in order to get to the bearings, which now I owned more than 5K in order to take out my truck without being repaired. By the way, I have kept up with my responsibilities as defined in the contract, I believe they have forgotten theirs...
