            The business is Custom Cars West around Riverpoint shopping Center. Transaction occurred 12/14/21.My husband and I bought a F150 from this location advertised with positive reviews. They sold us a lemon. The engine failed in less than 6 months. The check engine light was on for O2 sensors which we were told it was a system update from **** by the salesman and when we purchased the vehicle and its written in a verbal contract they would fix it. After multiples attempts to get them to fix it and they didn't, we went to a mechanic to fix it. After a few more months piston 8 went out and would be the demise of the engine. We purchased a service contract at the time of the purchase of the vehicle that covered a damaged engine but it was never activated on the dealerships end because I called the company to verify such info.

            Purchased a vehicle cash Jan. 6, 2023, hadn't received Title work in the mail: I called to ascertain the whereabouts of the vehicle documents. Spoke with the lady responsible for completing this paperwork: the lady was impossible to communicate with she was highly confrontational and wanted to argue about phone calls the business allegedly made to my phone. She indicated she would mail the documents to our new address: a week later I reached to her again, and again she became combative over the phone about phone calls made to my phone by her general manager; at that time, she reported that the Title was mailed Feb. 14th to my local address (that information should have been provided during the initial phone call). When I expressed my dissatisfaction with business practices regarding this matter: she hung up on me without a solution or a way to resolve my title issue. I called back a third time and spoke with the general manager who indicated that they would file for a lost title. Follow-up customer service after the sale is egregious.

            Vehicle documents were sent to customer's ******** house. Customer notified dealership he had moved to ****** and didn't leave a forwarding address. Once aware we requested duplicate ****** and as soon as we have it will send overnight to ****** address.
