Seekins very seldom answers their phones. They never have anything in stock for parts. I have a 2020 XLT Super Duty that has ****** miles on it. The truck has had blown wheel seals, back window defog go out, DEF heater go out, a dirty air filter that needs to be replaced but can't because they don't have any in stock. They dont communicate. Check engine light come on before Christmas. I reported it the day it came on. **** couldn't get me in till January 12. And I brought it in and they ran a diagnostic to find out the problems. **** dosnt have any parts in stock. Was told I have to make another appointment for January 27 to have these issues fixed.Review from Ms C

My Audi had a very complex problem with its LIDAR system. **************** stuck with it, correctly diagnosed the problem, received the part from *******, and repaired the vehicle. It took the better part of a week, but did they communicated with me all the way through the process and repaired the vehicle all under warranty,First class team and service!Review from PANAMERA 1

Everything was fantastic! Dropped my Cayenne off for my first service....they were ready for me upon arrival and had a loaner for me to use (I drove down from Steamboat). The service was quick and they had my ride ready sooner than I expected. Everyone one was very friendly and helpful in answering some questions I had.Review from Tammy H
