Salesman *************************** can not be trusted. Would not give a date for vehicle to be ready for 11 days. Then he said it would be ready on Wednesday. After showing up Wednesday he literally walked the entire lot multiple times only to say it was stolen. I said to cancel the deal and refund my deposit. Then he story chaged once again and stated it was back at the body shop. Nobody at the dealership will return my calls or my money. STAY AWAYReview from Aaron S

The short version: Bought a used truck which overheated a month later which ended up being fatal for the vehicle. Over SEVEN months later of them dragging their feet and never once contacting me, I had to contact them every time, they declared the truck unrepairable even after putting a new engine in. They then sold me another truck, since I was upside down on the first truck's loan, I was forced to buy from them again. They rolled some of the payments of the first truck into the second truck, so now I have a truck with options I never wanted, with payments much higher and I'm financially stretched beyond my limits. On top of that, the second truck had no key fob, so the alarm goes off every time I unlock the door with the key. They told me they'd get me a fob, but it's been over two months and still nothing...... Didn't even do the small things they promised, like filling the gas tank, or oil change. I will never go back there again, and my father worked for **** for decades. I grew up driving and trusting ****.Review from Daniel L

***************** operates like a stereotypical sleazy used car dealership. You tell them you don't want their pointless add-on packages, but they'll just ignore you and try and fast-talk you while handing you papers to sign. If you're not careful you'll end up getting the $1500 windshield protection package, where they hand you some wipes and tell you to do it yourself.I have few regrets in life. Visiting ***************** is one of them.
