            I took out a $30,000 dollar loan on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I also purchased a Premier warranty, which isnt worth the paper its written on. Ive only been able to drive it a few times, because it rarely starts. The warranty did cover towing it over there. I was told it needs a new clutch for $6,000.00. The vehicle has ****** miles on it, and it shouldnt need a clutch. Now I have to pay to have it towed to a different repair shop, because they wont honor the towing insurance. Im a single working mom, and I cant afford all of this. They totally took advantage of me.

            I purchased a jeep wrangler and was offered an extended vehicle warranty for ***** dollars for 7 years . Do not buy this mopar warranty its a scam. I no longer have the vehicle for almost a year and I am still fighting with them for my refund check!!! That are gonna keep your money , as a matter fact dont buy a jeep period or a Chrysler , they offer the warranty because their vehicles **** and break quick . Total scam

            If you need a cancellation processed, please stop in and we can do it for you.  All extended service contracts are cancellable unless they have expired by time or mileage.

            I have been dealing with Mopar warranty customer service , talked to several people since November of 2022. Was told the check would be issued by April for the unused warranty for the vehicle I no longer have. And instead of issuing my refund , the warranty department ( Mopar ) is holding my money and refuses to release it . They also refused to let me talk to a manager .I am getting the run around since November of 2022
