We paid for services from this company to assist with DOT # compliance on March 19, 2024 and today we found out that none of the paperwork was ever submitted. This business has very poor customer service and does not follow through with the items you pay for. It continues to take peoples money as a 3rd party payer and not complete the job. If we did that within our business we would not make it. I am not sure how they are still in business.Review from Crystal L

This company wastes my time by sending my company a renewal that is free online to do ourselves. They say I am overdue filing these reports so I always take time out of my day to verify that I have in fact completed my registration just to make sure. SO SICK OF THIS.Review from Linda H

To whom it may concern: DOT Processing service (Powered by WCG) is a predatory sales company. They go above and beyond labeling them selves as a FMCSA look alike. They are however kind enough to put in small print at the very bottom of their letters that they are not an affiliate of the FMCSA. I only came to that realization after their website asked for a credit card number. Companies like WCG send me countless letters every month pretending to be the FMCSA. This needs to stop. If a company wants to help with DOT compliance and services, they need to be 100% transparent and stop hiding behind the fine print. Sadly, I can only report this kind of activity on BBB and to the FMCSA. I pray other truckers take a few minutes to report companies like WCG to the FMCSA. Maybe one day a piece of mail with my DOT number and company will actually be from the FMCSA. Until then; I will make sure to report each and every company that does not disclose in BOLD that they are NOT affiliated with the FMCSA.Review from Gloria C

This business offers extremely fair prices. Many businesses have contacted me in an attempt to win my business, and this one was reasonable and a pleasure to deal with. I'm fortunate to know a woman by the name of Stevie who is really nice, informed, and knowledgeable on whatever I need to know. Every time I receive an email or text from someone in this industry and I'm unsure, I just email or text her and ask, "Do I need this?" and she responds right away. She goes above and beyond to help me. She gives me the impression that I am consulting with her own personal assistant since I am unsure of which calls and emails I actually need to make.

As a company owner, I have issues both now and in the past regarding my DOT registration, namely regarding how to submit accurately and ensure that my paperwork were received by a reputable corporation. I spoke verbally with a highly professional woman named Kaye each time I needed guidance. Kaye was really helpful and professional in her responses to all of my queries and worries. She also spoke with me on a business level that I could comprehend, reassuring me that everything was final and finished. Absolute scam. I have been trying for years to stop these mailings. We don't even have a truck on the road. 0 stars! I've called, wrote letters, filled out on-line forms over the years to no avail. Having fun listening to the music on hold while I went from position 33 to 27 with a few recordings prompting me to fill the form out on line. I have a ton of patience and eager to see how this ends, lol. My guess, I'll get disconnected. Original business letter closing.
