They send letters out to new DOT # applicants saying Mandatory training for supervisors and you must comply or face $10,000.00 fines. Simply not true. I called the FMCSA and this company is not legit and there product/scam they are trying to extort business owners for is NOT REQUIRED by law.Review from Zanjerry D

On 5-23-23 I paid $99 to Supervisor Compliance.org to receive a 2-hour drug and alcohol training. After I paid the fee, there was a message stating that I would have to sign in and use my email as my username. I attempted several times to log in with no success. I then called many times on their 24-hour hotline with no live operator available. This is a shame how this company took my hard-earned money and will not respond to my complaint so I can receive a refund. THIS COMPANY DESERVES A ZERO. Shame on them for preying on new business owners.Review from Alyssa C

I received a final compliance notice from this company demanding money only to find out they are a scam ! They are not affiliated with the DOT or any other legitimate company . They are scamming new companies . Charges should be filed for fraud !! I wish I could give 0 starsReview from Randy C

This company sends out "final notice" letters to all new DOT companies with scare tactic wording. ie. "mandatory", "must complete... immediately or face being in violation" and in bold type "FINES UP TO $10,000" These letters (even though they state factual information for some) are misleading and knowingly attempt to exploit business owners who don't need the services at all. They prey on those that aren't aware of the actual law and are 'scared into' giving money because of the way Supervisor Compliance Training words their "sales" letters. Companies that use sales tactics like this and the people that run them are snakes and deserve to be fined for such behavior.
