They can't even get a mobile deposit right on account of the signature being "Irregular". There's no such thing as a "regular" signature. That's the fucking point, is that it's unique to the signer. And for those reasons, they lost my business. 0 Star rating.Review from Veronica C

I’ve tried several of times to deposit my check through the mobile deposit app. It had been rejected several of times each time I was given a different reason. 1st time my signature appeared to be modified or erased (no idea what that meant) however I submitted my government issued ID. 2nd time Chime insisted that my check was deposited elsewhere NOT TRUE. The back of the check says exactly “for mobile deposit to chime only” The check is from Bank of America Since I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA THEY CANNOT AND WILL NOT CASH THE CHECK. Chime is the only bank I use however everytime I contact member service they don’t have any answers. This is a horrible bank I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM.Review from Jenneifer P

It has been a terrible experience with this bank I have been contacting them 42 months back and forth to change my last name to my married name they keep telling me that they have received everything they're escalating into the right department I've been going back and forth that keeps sending me emails telling me to click on a link to upload documents which I already have done when I click on the link it says it is not available I have talked several representatives who have really not helped me and I'm still waiting on a resultReview from Bonnie S

I am very new to chime Bank but I'm already pissed I went to a ATM that I know is a MoneyPass ATM because I use it with other cars that have free money pass clearance when I use it with my chime card they charged me when it should have been free I call customer service and they tell me that I use a ATM out of network even though it is a MoneyPass ATM that does not sit well with me and I am seeking a new bank already I have not had this account one monthReview from Linda G

I never received a product I ordered. I sent relevant information when i filed complaint showing the company I ordered the product from was a scam. There was no way to contact the " company ". I was denied a refund by Bancorp even after asking to see the information they gathered as they advised me to contact the Rimkin Co. How did they contact this company if said company was not in business? Poor customer service.Review from Ecaterina P

I have a card that is for child support and someone got my info in another city and I called them to dispute my transaction. 2 weeks later, they said, nah seems fine. And the people that used my card, got free money. This bank is BULL SHIT. I would advise RUNNING as fast as you can from this bank.Review from Melissa C

Awful I had over 459.00 taking from my account after they sent me messages asking if I made these transactions and I replied back NO THEY STILL ALLOWED OVER 450.00 in transactions then after filing a dispute denying to give me my money back the way the transaction hit you can definitely tell it’s some kind of spam fraud it’s the exact same amount within seconds apart multiple transaction's over 260 charges. I don’t know what else to do when you call them they don’t give a crap not to mention you can’t get a customer representative that actually speaks English so I’m assuming they probably have no clue as to what you are even saying to them if they fluent the language you speak. This Bancorp along with Oxygen is a complete scam Oxygen aloud someone change my information on my account email and all well when they changed my email that gave them access to change my password which they gained access to my account and what happened they drain my account dry Oxygen denies my dispute said they was no errors found well my disability went there this month and they still haven't returned it to the social security office ( they closed my account then they shut down) I've been on my phone waiting for someone to answer for almost 3 hours now this is ridiculous they get it with this crap it really is they are stealing people's money someone needs to do something.Review from Bonita W

I have had a Chime account for years. However, after asking for a replacement cards. That will take 10 days to receive. They turned off my other debit card. I also used the mobile check deposit. They deposited half of my check and put a hold on the rest. I thought banks were supposed to allow you to access your money.
