      The WORST experience! I had a auto accident 2/2023. I took my vehicle here for repairs as I have done so in the past. I get the call to pick up my vehicle 3/13/2023. The issue was on my passenger side (including major damage to my mirror). They repaired the mirror but with the wrong mirror. I tell the agent Kris and she said that maybe it never done that before (automatically go in once I hit the lock button twice), I told her that was a lie. Then the center cap on my rim (which was part of the accident) was never repaired and I was told that it was not a part of the accident. I my vehicle home and I hear this knocking in the back (they left the spare tire in the back of my vehicle and the piece that locks it in hanging). I called and told them and took it back and they fixed it. Well later that day I hear a loud buzzing sound coming from my passenger side (this sound was never there prior to them doing work on my vehicle). I called and take my vehicle back again. I was told they would look at it and if it was not there fault I would have to pay $125 for them to look at it. Oh and was told since your here (we have your correct mirror, we will put it on since the vehicle is here, mind you I never received a call to come). Long story short, My radio is not working properly and I have to pay $200 to have Kia do a diagnostic test and if it's not De Cadillac fault, I am out of that money. Then I had to do the leg work to find out the manufacturer of my rim in order for them to call and get a quote and see if they would replace it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!!

      We apologize for the poor experience. Upon further discussion with our team it appears some of the items at issue were stipulated by the what the insurance company would authorize. Regardless, that does not excuse the issues causing you to return for repeat repairs. Additionally, we apologize for the poor communications. We will use this feedback as training for our team.

      This facility has TERRIBLE customer service!! My Kia Optima was towed there due to engine issues. I chose this dealership for repairs because they boast themselves as a founding member of delawares better business bureau however you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I’m now stuck with my car sitting there until they feel like reaching out to me to even let me know what’s wrong with my car to start a claim with my warranty company. I’d advise anyone I know to NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER OR USE THE SERVICE CENTER FOR REPAIRS

      I got a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and signed the contract on 11/11/2021. I live in a different state. It is over 4 months and I am still waiting for my permanent tags. Also, I requested the fob key and they had two weeks to give me the extra key. Instead, they waited a few weeks and then mailed the key to me. I had to drive to my local Subaru and get it programmed. It took a few times to get paid for this services. I had to leave work and drive to the local Subaru and of course, i didn't get reimbursed for this. I have contacted the corporate Subaru and this hasn't helped me one bit. Terrible service.
