Currently waiting two additional weeks past the original delivery date without a new delivery date!!! Sales rep not communicating without being pressured for updates. Will NEVER buy from this company again and will steer anyone away from buying here.National Appliance Warehouse, Inc. Response

Good Evening! We have been working with Samsung to get the best information regarding the ETA for Ms. Perrino's washer. We explained to the customer that the unit was on backorder and we were not getting reliable information from the manufacturer, as it was in transit from Korea. We do not receive ETA updates on a regular basis, or at all, unless we request them, which we did every time the customer asked. The unit has finally arrived to our warehouse today and is being delivered tomorrow. We did and always do the best we can to accommodate our customers.Review from Scott H

Personally I have purchased multiple appliances (over the years) from NAW as well as mattresses. Besides having competitive prices, they have always been honest and helpful. I was able to send my mother in for her washer and dryer and could trust that she wouldn't be taken advantage of, that to me is priceless!. I can't say enough about this place. I went into national to get a hose to fill my washer . The gentleman told me he needed a model # although I was pretty sure he didnt( he’s the “expert “right ) so I walk the blocks back home take pics of the #’S on the machine 3 blocks back to the store and the unenthusiastic employee and gave him my phone , he stared at it for a couple of minutes never asked the brand or any other info . He begins ?searching? For the hose after a few minutes I ask if the info I gave was not helpful , his answer was well that’s not how we usually do it , it’s gonna take me awhile( eye rolling and smirk) couple minutes later he asks Me again what I needed I told him and he says there’s one in that box right there. I already had seen them so I grabbed one and asked how much he quoted 9&change I paid he gave no receipt I said thank you again and said “have a good rest of your day. No reply from him. 3 blocks back home looked up the business to leave a bad revue and saw not only was he rude he charged me double for the universal hoseReview from Tyrone B

They rescheduled my washer and dryer delivery for another 2 weeks out with only hours notice after I had already waited five weeks They are awful. They were more than happy to cancel my membership and give me my money back then try and find a solution.National Appliance Warehouse, Inc. Response

Salesman were helpful in finding us the best appliance choices. We purchased 4 new appliances from them but the salesman failed to inform us that our old dishwasher not be removed unless we had disconnected the plumbing which we could not do. After spending nearly $9000 on these items they could have been more helpful! We will not returnNational Appliance Warehouse, Inc. Response

Thank you for reaching out regarding this concern. Unfortunately, we are unable to uninstall dishwashers from the plumbing fixtures without installing a new one in its place, as this can cause flooding and damage to the home. This was verbally communicated to the customer over the phone, on 1/19/2024, when she requested the removal of her appliances, and then emailed to her in writing on 1/19/2024 (outlined on her receipt). We offered to remove her dishwasher, at no charge, as long as it was uninstalled prior to our arrival.Review from Liz A

What a great experience! I went to the store, without having any idea what I was looking for. They took the time to show me around and ask me questions to find the best appliances for my needs. Their prices were better than enywhere else I have seen and they had rebates too! Skip the big box and go to National!National Appliance Warehouse, Inc. Response

On or about Feb 28, 2023, National Appliance Warehouse (NAW) installed a new dishwasher in our kitchen. Our kitchen floors are wood and we advised NAW to take care not to mar the floor during removal of the old unit and installation of the new. After delivery, however, there was floor damage so we provided photos documenting the damage to our NAR sales representative who assured us action would be taken to address this issue. We contacted the store salesman several times and then escalated our request for help to different levels of store management over a period of 6 or 7 months. Finally, the situation was transferred to an Account Manager and we were given contact information for someone who could repair our floor. It took several more weeks, but a contracted NAW repair person finally inspected the damage to our kitchen floor. We were advised our floor could not be refinished or retouched. Instead, the flooring itself had to be replaced and it was unlikely floorboards would be available to match a floor originally installed in 2007. We should recontact NAR for a final resolution of the issue. We have left messages with the NAR Account Manager but have received no return calls. It’s clear based on our experience that no repair or partial restitution will be made by NAW despite constant assurances otherwise at the beginning of the process. We have spent approximately 9 months trying to resolve this issue. Consumers have a choice where to buy appliances this upcoming holiday season. Be aware of our experience and carefully monitor installation of all item deliveries from NAW at the time of delivery at your home as it’s not clear damage will actually be repaired by NAR if it occurs.
