I also listened to the phone recording of the interaction between our employee and the patient on 11/9/2021. The patient lives in an area outside of our normal delivery area. The employee, on 11/9/2021, explained this to the patient then offered to use a third party service to deliver the medication this time. She also informed him that after this delivery, we can no longer use the third party delivery service so he would either need to pick up medications in the future or switch pharmacies. At this time, he started raising his voice and cussing at the employee. He then proceeded to say he didn't want to do business with us anymore because we have been nothing but rude to him. The employee offered to get the manager and he said he would call back on another phone as he did not want to waste his minutes on Hock's. Since he stated he did not want to do business with us anymore and never called back to speak with a manager, we put his prescription back on his profile.
