Mattress Innovations guarantee is a joke. Our mattress is defective. We paid $2600 & we wanted to exchange it within a week of purchase. The owner said ok but we would have to upgrade to a $4000 mattress! Consumer Beware! Our mattress has a physical lump in the middle of the mattress after a short period of laying on it. It is horrible. We are completely dissatisfied. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Now we have to save money and buy another mattress and it won’t ever be from Mattress Innovations.

All the factories we work with stand behind the quality and components in their mattresses and honor the warranty associated with the mattress if something is defective. **After reviewing our files, we could not find any paperwork associated with the name, Annie M. If you need us to send out warranty paperwork for your review, please contact us at the mattress store. At Mattress Innovations we know it may take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to the feel of your new mattress. If it's been a while since you purchased a new mattress, this new bed could sleep much differently than your old one. But, if you're not sleeping comfortably on your new mattress, we'll gladly exchange it for you and offer a One-time 100 Night $250.00 Comfort Exchange at equal or greater value of your original purchase. We will not tell you what mattress to purchase, our goal is to educate and guide you to make a mattress purchase based on comfort, support and pressure relief needed. We DO NOT sell based on the overall price a mattress costs; how much that is ultimately spent on a new mattress is based on what you decide is best for your body.
