I have had multiple dealings with gentleman/company and am 100% pleased with each occurrence. I found the gentleman and the lady who worked the office desk extremely personable and courteous and professional. I was notified promptly when my order had been received by them, arranged a time to pick it up, all went down without any hick-ups. I'd not hesitate to deal with them again and would highly recommend their services.Review from Carlos O

I placed an order with these people on the 31st of January 2024. They charged my cc right away. I have emailed twice and called several times the number listed. No reponse. What a scam. Refund me my money! your website should be shut down. I have never received my order.Review from Harry D

If I could leave 0 stars I would have. Not sure the company exists This what I wrote them I ordered on 2.6.22 Order Number:: TSG-*****. My credit card was immediately charged. I have not even received a conformation email. After reading all the complaints from the BBB and calling both phone#, one goes immediately to voice mail with no reference to who I'm leaving a message for and the other says the voice mail has not been set up I want to cancel my order. If I don't see a refund and or a return email reply I will let my credit card company deal with you. Awaiting your response......as of 2.25.22 I Haven't heard from them and my credit card is refunding me my moneyReview from Marc P

Ditto on previous review. Terrible service, I cancelled my order weeks ago and have gotten the runaround every time I call. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

****, I am sorry for the delay on refunding the order as you had requested. As the person in charge of refunds was in the hospital with pnemonia and a form of covid and heart problems. Needless to say she was not able to work. She has since returned and your refund has been processed and should be back on your card within 1-3 business days. Its unfortunate they dont let you give a business 0 stars. I placed my order with TSG on 01/04/22, and it was shady right off the bat. After reading reviews about how long they take to fulfill orders and how bad their customer service is, I decided to cancel my order and get a refund rather than deal with them. Its been over 2 weeks since I initially contacted them and still no refund. Each time I call and speak with ******* its a new excuse. At first he told me hed let the people in the office know I wanted to cancel and that Id be refunded in 5 business days. 10 days after that I called again and he didnt even tell them to cancel the order. Ive called, used the website contact form, and emailed them directly, and have yet to be refunded. Busy or not, this is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for parts.Tactical Solutions Group, LLC Response
