Pro-Safe was great to work with the whole way through from inspecting my existing walls and attic, sales and estimates, and then the installation. They took care of the CenterPoint Energy discounting program - they only needed my utility account number to proceed. This saved us $700 in costs. We had insulation blown into our attic and walls on our two story home. The two work crews were punctual, polite and quick. They answered all questions I had and cleaned up all areas after the work was completed. We noticed no mess or areas we had to clean ourselves. 100% professional crews who are working hard to get the job done in one day. The energy savings is already helpful but what is really amazing is how quiet our house is now from outside noises. I am so surprised by how effective the sound deadening from the wall insulation had been. If you have loud neighbors or other noises coming into your home, this solves that issue. I am happy to recommend Pro-Safe to all of my friends and family.

Joe-- thank you very much for the nice comments! Yes the instant rebates you got back in Dec when we did your attic and now the $700 for the walls we did yesterday are big! We tell people all the time that cellulose is a great sound insulator that we blow into walls but until you see the impact its hard to understand. It is better than foam with regards to sound reduction. We appreciate you choosing our business to upgrade your entire home and we wish you the very best!

They were very professional and easy to get along with before and during the installation. Now I have no drafts in the house. I can be in any room and be comfortable. And the furnace does not keep coming on. There were some areas in the walls that already had insulation. Jeff called, and let me know about it and they removed that cost. They vacuumed up all the loose insulation inside and out. Would I recommend them? You bet!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Pro-safe insulation. We have an older house that needed a lot of insulation work. Jeff, the owner, exceeded my expectations continuously. He was well organized and never hesitated to explain anything in detail. He was very communicative, calling or texting me to update me about the job. He was also very responsive if I had questions. I am very Type- A and the way he handles business put me at ease, knowing I didn’t have anything to worry about. Pro-safe was thorough and fair in their assessment and plan to insulate my house. The crew members that came to my house for install were exceptional and respectful as well. They fielded all of my questions/concerns and ensured that my house looked better than it did when they arrived, upon their departure. One thing that sets Pro-safe apart is their honestly, Jeff originally quoted me for some insulation that my house ended up not needing and he was the first to call me to inform me that he would be reimbursing me for the original square footage he quoted me. Jeff’s motto is treat customers like you want to be treated and he upheld that in every aspect. I would recommend Pro-safe for all of your insulation and energy saving needs!

We recently moved into a new house and called Pro Safe Insulation to inspect our attic and see what needed to be done! We picked this company because of the great reviews and had an amazing experience! Jeff was able to come to our house within a week. He was extremely friendly, great at explaining everything thoroughly and gave us multiple options. We were also able to use the Centerpoint Energy rebate program and they handled all of the details for us! The day we insulated our attic, the team was on-time and did a quick, clean job. That same night, we noticed that our baby's room, which never gets above 68 degrees, was at 73 degrees! We could not believe the results! It was the best money we have spent on our home so far. Pro-Safe removed my old insulation, sealed the attic, and blew in new cellulose insulation. It was a 2-day process. Jeff’s crews were very friendly, professional, and cleaned up when done each day. I was happy with the job and the price. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Excellent experience from first contact to completion of the work. Actually call in advance to let you know what they’re going to do, when they’re going to do it, and when they’ll arrive. Impressed that Barry, whose quite experienced in the insulation business as well as with ProSafe, headed-up my job along with 2-talented mates. No hesitation showing me what & where they were installing & then showing me the finished product. Jeff, the owner, provides a personal touch calling me to explain their credit card policy, then following up to gage my level of satisfaction. This company knows what they’re doing, then do what they say they’re going to do! Refreshing - a pleasure to do business with. Now true test will be weather my house is warmer & my natural gas bill lower. So far, I highly recommend ProSafe!
