just now NEW There was a larger group of us at a game for a work function. The company put down quite a few for a suite that was fully catered. The games are always a blast. This time though; the experience was horrible. The staff including security were rude and honestly down right degrading. To the tune of the security man saying one of our men looked like “white trash” i was just appalled by the way these supposed men that are supposed to be for safety behaved. I couldn’t even tell you what even started any of this but that the lady at the front NOT doing her job and stamping hands but not wanting to allow us to come back in even though we had our tickets on us….. I was part of that and she made me feel like I was just a stupid girl that didn’t know how to enter a ballgame….. when I went to go back out I had to ask her for my hand to be stamped. This is how horrible. I’m sad now because our money goes to support these ball player and now these ball players will not get my support because I will not return over how we were treated. I’m hoping the management team has a chance to see this review and does something with their staffing. We all know filling seats at a minor league ball field have been tough the last couple years but if you have staff like this it WILL NEVER improve. Thanks and I truly Hope something is done about this. Customer service is just that and telling someone they look like white trash doesn’t fit in That box. Thanks!
