This place should be shut down. My son completed the in class portion in July and we still cannot get him scheduled for his 8 hour driving portion. Every time I get online, no schedule is available. Every time I call I get a voicemail, and if I am lucky enough to get a call back its from a rude person that is completely unhelpful telling me to schedule online. My next step is to file a complaint with the Ohio State Attorney General. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed.Review from Ashley C

AKA Springfield School of Driving. After registering and paying online, I had a terrible time getting ahold of anyone, rarely does anyone answer the phone. No matter what number you call, it goes to the same place, in Westerville. When I do get to speak to someone, I get the run around, call back this day, call next week, there was an emergency at the location we'll call you back next week...never received a call so i call and its call back beginning of June. Meanwhile every time I call the scheduling time frame gets pushed back, it went form May to June and now July which they cannot schedule yet. so how is the time frame being pushed out. They will not give me a refund, its in the contract but I feel I am not getting service. I know there aren't very many places to go for driving school in my area but I Highly recommend finding a different company to go through, even if its a little more money or further drive. Linda was awesome with my daughter, Gracie! Great communication and competitive rate for driving hours. She was very encouraging and my daughter learned so much from her. Although COVID caused everything to be backed up, and with the unexpected passing of a staff member, Linda did an amazing job at getting things caught up. We had a great experience at Springfield School of Driving. The owner guided us through the process, taught my daughter amazing driving skills, and helped her easily pass her test. I feel so much more comfortable with her driving based on the skills she learned at Springfield School of Driving. We'll definitely be back when it's my younger daughter's turn to learn to drive.Review from Tommy H

My son finished driving school back in November 2021. He was advised that he would be contacted mid February 2022 to set a day for his driving instructor portion. We have not heard a word from the school and they are not returning phone calls. Numerous voicemails left but no response guess after they get your money they really don't care. I understand they might be busy but you can't return a single phone call to give a little insight

As stated in our voicemail, we will return calls as soon as we possibly can.
We had a driver pass away due to Covid in January. Therefore the owner who works the office has been driving full time to help.
We recently hired a young lady to return calls. She does this Saturdays only.
