We have dealt with other appliance repair companies over the years but none compared to this company. we have been a customer for a few years and are elated to have them for our repair company Tim has always been our tech very polite and a straight shooter about issues with our appliances. the gals in the office who answer phone are very knowledgeable, friendly and a sense of humor In this crazy world it is good to know there is people you can count on Highly recommendReview from Ruth S

Had Kellen K. out to check on Frigidaire Mod#FRFS2823AD1 Refrigerator which had code #CE on Panel. He found problem and corrected it ASAP. He was excellent. and had great personality and would recommend this service.

Highly recommend. Sam called and asked if he could come a day earlier. He texted when he was 20 minutes out to give us a heads up. He provided his expert opinion that our washer was beyond its useful life and repairs would not be prudent. His integrity was appreciated. He spent extra time making sure we were on the right track with our next washer purchase. Great first time experience for us.Review from Julius B

Was referred by Lowe's. The repairman came out twice. Spent over 600 and still no fix for icemaker. If I could give negative stars I would.Authorized Service Response

Good morning, we have attempted multiple times to reach Julius to resolve this issue. We called twice, left 1 voicemail, and sent a text message. We do not want to pester them if they do not want to hear from us, but Julius is welcome to give us a call and ask for our technician manager. The parts are under warranty and we guarantee our work so we would be delighted to hear from the to resolve this issue.

Our appliance was repaired to our satisfaction but it was not without having to initiate numerous contacts with the manufacturer as well as with the store where I purchased my dishwasher. The customer service is greatly in need of improvement, and specifically, the representative from I A M coordinating the warranty coverage was noted to be extremely unprofessional and rude during several phone contacts. She did apologize after being called on her remarks, but it appears to be a pattern that has not been corrected after reading several other reviews.
