      I have used this repair service twice. Both times they provided great service. They even called and moved up my appointment time since they knew it was my refrigerator that was on the blink. Both times the repair technicians were very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problems. They then proceeded to fix the problems. Being a senior citizen, I certainly appreciate the truth. I was told by the refrigerator repair man that he would do everything he could to keep our unit working even though it is 30 years old. I have no desire to try to find a new refrigerator! I greatly appreciate not being put in that position. Oh, and the ladies that answer the phone are very helpful and kind. I have no complaints, only praise.

      The ice maker went out on a Whirlpool Ice Box we own.. We called Whirlpool and they set up a appointment with A-Z to make a service call. The day we had a call from this company. They advised a service tech would be out on Tuesday and we would get a call the night before to confirm this appointment. They called and said he would be out around 9AM the next day. About 8:50 AM we had a call telling us that the tech would be at the house in ten minutes And he was! The replacement unit he had was brand new, but it wasn't working properly.. He ordered a new unit and told us he would be back today to replace the unit. He arrived at my house around 10AM or so. He removed the broken unit and replaced with the new unit. He made sure everything was fixed and working before he left. I highly recommend this company for the job they did!

      My repairman John was on time, professional & made me feel at ease. He answered any questions I had. I loved being able to track him on the app. I will DEFINITELY call A to Z for any other repair needs I may have. Thanks again John!

      DO NOT TRUST THEIR BOOKINGS!!!! I booked a repair through the Whirlpool website for a washing machine repair. I received a confirmation for an 8 AM-12 PM time frame. We rearranged our schedule (as two working professionals, having to be home for an 8 hour window is not easy) to make this work. However, A To Z decided to change my appointment because "they did not have a technician available" from the 8 AM - 12 PM slot to a 2 PM-5 PM slot. More problematic, they did not call to notify me of the change until I received a robo-call 2 days later after their business had already closed. Essentially, I had to decide between not having a washing machine for the upcoming long weekend, or missing more work. TERRIBLE Customer Service. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.

      This is literally the worst repair service provider that I've under had to utilize. 3 weeks after my initial call and numerous times of them rescheduling, they finally came to service my refrigerator (they deserve a 1 star just from that experience alone). When John, the technician, arrived, he realized that he left all of the parts and had to make an hour round trip to go get them. An hour and a half later, he finally arrived back with the parts. As he starts pulling my refrigerator out from the wall, he starts telling me how he spent some time at the racetrack and picked up some type of bug there. He said it kept him on his couch all 4th of July weekend. Mind you, he is not wearing a mask and he keeps coughing, snorting snot, and touching everything in my kitchen. I had to verify that I have not had any symptoms of COVID-19 in order to be serviced, so why are your technicians coming into my house sick? Also, I've attempted to get ahold of the manager, Joe, numerous times to discuss this, but he has not returned my calls.

      Cost of service call and labor fee totaled $145 for a fix that took less than 2 minutes. Called company to discuss and did not receive response. Called company again, spoke with Joe, requested labor fee to be removed, he stated there was nothing they could do as technician already provided discount on labor, the cost should have ben $195 for the two minutes of labor. Technician slid old door off, slid new door on, in less than two minutes For total visit, Id round up to 5 minutes, that means I paid $30 a minute for service. As a registered nurse I make 50 cents a minute, and I was forced to pay $30 a minute for a dishwasher detergent door repair.

The technician provided a discount on the labor cost for installing a dispenser assembly while getting you done on the first visit. Unfortunately no additional discounts are available at this time.

      Horrible service company. They were sent put by whirlpool to fix dryer that was 2 months old. 1st technician just looked at it and said yuup, power supply is bad. Waited 3 weeks for a phone call from them and not a word. We had to call them and then they tried to say that they never received the parts, but whirlpool sent us the email and shipping info that showed they had received the parts. After telling them this they said oh yea we do have them and we can get you in right away. Guy comes out replaces parts says yuup it working then leaves. After the 2nd load going through dryer it stopped working again. Called them back up and said it'd be at least 3 weeks before they could get someone back out. I said unacceptable and said yes words were exchanged. I recommend staying away from these guys as they only are parts changers and don't care about trying to find the route cause of what's causing parts to fail

      I PURCHASED A NEW KITCHEN AID APPLIANCE FROM APPLIANCE FACTORY IN DAYTON OHIO 0N FEB 26 2021 IT WAS DUEL FUEL DOWNDRAFT AS WAS MY PREVOIUS APPLIANCE FRON JENN AIR. SINCE THE TWO LEFT BURNERS WERE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THE OPERATION MANAGER JESSE FROM APPLIANCE FACTORY SCHEDULED MY REPAIR THROUGH ATO A SERVICE. THEIR TECH NAMED ZACH OVER A MONTH AGO AND ORDERD NEW PARTS HE ALSO BURNED MY KITCHEN COUNTERTOP.. ZACH HAS ADMITTED TO THIS ALONG WITH A PICTURE. IHAVE TRIED KBD OF KETTERING AND OTHER RESOURCES. ONLY LOWES TOLD ME THAT MY CONTER TOP CAN NOT BE REPAILED AND MY COUNTERTOP WHICH WAS CUSTOM MADE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. LOWES HAS PROVIDED ME WITH A COST TO REPLACE THE COUNTERTOP WITH INFERIOR QUALITY MATERIAL. THEIR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE REP;ACEMENT OF ISLAND AND READIND DESK ALL PART OF THE KITCHEN COUNTERTOP. THE OPERATION MANAGER JESSE WHO BROUGHT ATOZ SERVICE FOR APPLKIANCE REPAIRTOLD ME THAT ATOZ IS AWARE OF THIS. I NEED THIS TAKEN ARE OF IMMEDIATELY. I HAD LEFT SHOULDER REPLACED THREE WEEKS AGO AND IT TAKED SIX MONTHS TO RECOUPERATE. MY WIFE ALSO HAS RIGHT SHOULDER ROTOR UP BROKEN. AQUICK ACTION ON THIS MATTER ISREQUESTED. I DID NOT SCHEDULED ATO A SERVICE.
