              I currently use Elite for my properties in the Birmingham Alabama area. They are quick to respond to queries and handle my tenant issues effectively. I appreciate their expertise and experience when it comes to dealing with common issues that come up. In particular I had a unit that had been sitting vacant for a while under a different managment company that will go unnamed, Elite was able to rent the unit quickly and place a good tenant turning a bad investment into a good one. I’ve dealt with multiple property managment companies previously and Elite are the most reliable to communicate with, so if you’re looking for a good property manager in Alabama give them a call.
