Terrible customer service, they do not honor satisfaction or hold professional photography to a high standard! My child took pictures at
His school I paid 2 separate sitting fees, senior portrait and cap and gown. I didn't not like any of the photos they took and they will not retake a picture unless I repay another sitting fee! I'm sorry but if I have to make time to come to your studio and retake a picture that a professional is suppose to take I think I shouldn't have to repay a sitting fee. I'm already **$ in the red and no photos!! It's sad that Jim Owens handles business this way! I think if pictures were taking with time and compassion that the quality would be better but the kids are run through the line like cattle! I quit buying school pictures long ago due to the poor quality of pictures. Maybe the schools will wise up and find someone else to contract with.

We are sorry that you have been given some wrong information. We understand the importance of getting photographs that you would like. We also know that a child's Senior year is one of the most important years to caption. We do offer Seniors to be re-photographed at not charge. This is and always has been our policy.
