Mighty green obtained my business when Turf Masters sold their business. Poor, poor, poor customer service. I called to ask a question regarding the chemical application for my lawn. My issue was they put down pre-emergent and sent a notification that they were coming back out for another application 2 weeks later. I called to ask why they were returning so fast, ******* gave me nothing but attitude and was extremely rude. This was my first and last encouter with them. I asked what I owed for the first application of pre-emergent and to please delete my information as I do not wish for them to return to my home. 0 stars, would not recommend!

I worked for this company very recently, and I feel it's imperative that I share my experience. The management at Mighty Green - ************** is horrendous. They are solely focused on production numbers and lack the care of safety for their employees. I can say this because during my time working at Mighty Green - **********, **, I did not receive a single safety course. I repeatedly brought this issue to my supervisors' attention. My job was to apply chemical fertilizer and pesticides to residential lawns. It puzzles me that one can do a job like this without being made aware of the potential dangers of the chemicals that you encounter on the day-to-day basis. I have military background and a served as a Damage Controlman in the ******* for 7 years. I bring this up because my job in the Navy was to teach safety to my fellow shipmates. As an instructor I covered topics like Personal protective equipment and material data safety sheets. This gives me credibility to post this review and fully understand the dangers of not teaching this stuff to employees. When I asked my manager at this Mighty Green location why I have yet to receive any safety training, he told me that it would come in the future. So, I am supposed to continue putting out chemicals, which continues to make the company money, even though I have not received any proper safety training? Got it. It gets better though I promise. The day I decided to quit this company I went in to speak with management one last time regarding my resignation and why I was leaving, I covered all the same issues I had with their lack of training and told them that I did not believe that they cared about their employees. This ended with the head supervisor ripping is glasses off and charging at me as if he were going to attack me and got in my face. I cannot begin to express the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced at this company. I was told to never return to the property, or I would be taken to jail. Ridiculous.
