We have use On Time Service three times. Once for electrical and twice for two different plumbing issues. We have bee satisfied with their service and find they charges are in line for the work completed.

Work and tech were fine. However, I am still waiting, since August 2023, on a requested line item invoice for insurance purposes. As of December 2023 still have not received it nor has any manager returned my repeated messages.

On time plumbing service was very fair in price very professional very knowledgeable and most importantly very effective ***** did a superb job and when the extra mile over and above what I had asked him to do and fix my fill line in the toilet so that it would fill properly I would recommend on time plumbing and ***** to all of my friends and family and I want to thank ***** and company for their prompt response to fix my issues. Once again I will use them again and I would refer ***** and company to anyone in need of professional services thank you both for your prompt response to my call I called today and they were here today and fixed the problem today thank you thank you thank you. Y'all be blessed have a very merry Christmas a Happy New Year and again I have no words to express the gratitude that we feel. Thank you *********** ??????

Large historical home they have replaced three heating/AC units. EXCELLENT!!

For the greater part of a year I have been requesting repairs for my air conditioning unit. Two months ago I called to speak with the owner. The manager answered instead and sent a repairman within two days. He repaired part of the problem, but said he needed parts for the remainder. My calls for the owner to repair the remaining problem are now being re-directed to his non responsive voice mail. I have been persistent because I believed his advertisements about being a moral and dependable company. It's taken me a few years to see that things have changed there. I am a ******* ******** ***.

I had to call them to see about my shower leaking. They sent a plumber to look at my shower that I had gotten apart and had the water shut off . I told him that I was looking for the shut off valve so that I could have water in the rest of my house and he stated he did not see one. He then asked if I wanted the shower replaced or repaired and I stated just repaired. He gave me quotes of *** repair and **** replaced and *** to cut into the wall. I told him just to repair and that I needed to have a shut off valve to turn on the water and he stated it would be *** and told never mind that I could wait till tomorrow to turn the water on. He then told me he could not repair that the pipe was bent so he would have to replace it. So I agreed on repair not knowing that he was lying. Later that night I was able to figure out that there were shut off valves on the pipes already and I was able to repair it myself and turn on my water for the house. This company is a greedy company they dont care if you only need a little fix they will always have their people go for the most money to put in the owners pockets.. Do not use this company for anything. The repair man lied to me the whole time.

Scam company that came over and put in a $*** thermostat my air conditioner needed a new blower.... scam!!!!

On Thursday I call On Time about a water leak. The person I spoke with said they would have to get with a dispatcher and call me back. Two hours went by with out a return call so l called back. I talked to a different person who told me they talked with the first person I spoke with and that person said the dispatcher said it would be Monday before they could come out. I asked why they didn’t bother to call me back and asked to speak with a manager. The manager of course was unavailable. I asked that they call me back. Instead of a manager, the first person I spoke with called me and said the had just heard back from the dispatcher. They told me something completely different than the person I spoke to when I called back. Terrible communication from this company. Naturally I called a different company. Would not recommend anybody that can not be honest in their communication.

One Time Service's arrival and service were excellent. I agreed to the electrician's estimate for completing the job. He came up with several options for the installation, and found the best one for my needs. The job was completed quickly; he also cleaned up the work area before he left. I need to add that he was also a pleasant individual as well. I have no hesitation at all in giving the company a 5 star reference.

I encountered ************************ in using plumbing services, their employees are dishonest and unprofessional, they replace the no broken stuff for charge more money, if you don't have basic knowledge of your problem, then they will let you pay hundreds for it! Not only happened to me but also to my friends

I have used the plumbing service twice. The main reason for the first time was that my garden plumbing leaked and the main bathroom leaked to the ceiling of the living room downstairs. They came over to inspect. All I saw was to run EACH faucet, flush EACH toilet, THAT ALL!! they DID NOT check the leakage of the ceiling downstairs said that there was nothing, the water stains were dry, He THOUGHT it was okay. After all, without fixing the bathroom leakage he found us another problem, the pressure tank(2 years old) of the water heater should be replaced in advance, otherwise, the water heater will be damaged. well, finally 4-5 hundred the water pipe and the water tank were replaced. I thought it would be over, but I didn't expect it to be caused to me Bigger problem

Right after he left without checking the pressure of the main faucet(which turn off when fixing or repairing the pip) immediately All my faucet in the house was like a high-pressure water gun. then I call the company because my RPV of the water heater could not hold it situation, started run out all the water, they send people came after TWO days, he replaced the main RPV which city water coming through my house, but he didn't replace the PRV on the heater and still charge for it, so we started arguing about it, He said I didn't have a camera to prove he didn't change the items! I heard this my feeling just like I ate a fly...... I do not have the camera but I got my neighbor and several friends to come to check, definitely I know my own for100%. In the past two days, I have observed it for more than ten hours. so I ask him to hand out my old replacement which he went back to the truck pretend to search, of course, he can not find one, all he has is purple color but mine is green, what a joke! he grabbed one to replace it and ask me to pay, are you kidding me? This is the first time I have faced such a rogue. there are details in the process I don't want to think anymore. I used to trust them so much before so that I took their suggestion and sign the bills once they have done without checking. now I got a lesson
I'm a mom of three little kids. Does that make me look stupid and easy to deceive? and my friend, another mom, she got the same also. they pick people! if you got a problem, ask around neighbors, friends they always have name lists recommended to you, don't choose this company, they don't deserve your belief!
