Took my vehicle there 4 times and it did not get fixed. I spent $1200 out of pocket not counting what they charged my warranty. The 4th time I was told it would be okay to drive out of state. I broke down 3 hours away and had it towed to a different dealership where it was fixed correctly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.Review from Mark O.

I purchased a new 2021 ram 2500 the vehickel started giving problems arround 7000 miles after multaple repair attempts the manager asked me to take the truck elsewhere the nearest dealer is 97 miles away I had a certified mechanics check the truck it needs new motor and transmission parts are arround $13,000 i refuse to pay this its under full waranty id drives but quits after warm up let it sit then drive it until it quits it has 10,300 miles on it hasent moved in 2 weeks its unsafeReview from Taylor J

I recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership. I had not even had the car 30 days and the AC went out. I took it to the dealership on July 21 I believe and they told they would fix it free of charge. The man told us the car should be ready within a week. I called back a week later and they told me there was more issues with the car and it needed to be sent to a chevy place in Atmore Al. I called back a week later to get a update on my car and they told they ordered a new compressor and it would be ready by the end of that week. It is now August 20th I have called back three times to try to talk the salesman and left numerous voicemails and have not gotten a call back yet. I have tried to be patient with them but it feels like now they are just playing around. I have no car to get back and fourth to work in. This is Ridiculous. I am fed up with Jason Pilger Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

Ms. ***** did purchase a used 2018 Chevy Sonic with 55,529 miles. The vehicle had been inspected and no issues were found, and in fact qualified for a Lifetime powertrain warranty. There was no indication that there were any issues with the AC. In fact, the AC was in great working order. There is no timeline when something can malfunction. We offer all our customers an opportunity to purchase an extended service plan to cover the protection of the unexpected; which was denied by Ms. *****. Due to no fault of anyone, the AC failed and we agreed to repair at no cost to the customer. Due to the current availability of parts, there was in fact a delay and getting what was needed to repair the vehicle. All said, the vehicle is ready for pick up and as we promised with no bill.
