  Dr. Heather is a very knowledgeable Chiropractor with a great bedside manner. She really cares about my treatment and wants me to get better. This is achieved by her spending more time with me to teach me how to improve and not just simply making an adjustment and sending me on my way.

  I have worked with Dr Heather for many years. I worked with her in person before Covid. She was always very attentive and knowledgeable. During Covid we changed to online and it still feels like she is right besides you. She is very flexible. If I am in pain on the day we have our appointment she will change the exercises to meet my needs. Dr Heather always focuses on the problems that need to be worked on instead of having a set regimen.
  Dr Heather was the first, and for a long time, only one, who believed me when I felt shortness of breath long after I recovered from Covid. No doctor took me seriously but she did and her compassion and understanding helped me continue my workout, even if I felt fear when my heart rate would go up.
  She is not only an amazing personal trainer, but her skills as a chiropractor has helped me time and time again.
  There are many personal trainers and chiropractors you can chose from, but with Doctor Heather you get not only a very compassionate, knowledgeable and effective, but simply the best.

  I found Dr. Heather through a local running store event and she helped fix a lot of my nagging chronic injuries. I've been able to get back to moving and exercising! Dr. Heather's online group training is also great because there are lots of times I don't want to workout, but the accountability really helps!

  Have been working with Doctor Heather remotely for over 2 years. Originally focused on fixing my pains naturally, it has since moved on to building up strength to do even more. She has always been very responsive and feel she genuinely cares for my well being and growth.
  While living in NY, most of my time with her has been virtual, but we've had the chance to get chiropractic services too while passing through Connecticut. Each time she magically cracks out bodies and gets them in back in shape to almost instantly fix our ailments.
  Beyond good bedside manners, and chiropractic knowledge, she brings overall holistic knowledge to help educate those interested in improving their general health in a natural way.

  Dr. Heather is Extremely knowledgeable in her field. I am an avid cyclist and have both trained with her and also received chiropractic care for my SI joint problems. She reduced my pain significantly and got me back to good cycling form.

  I have had injuries and surgeries that have required therapy so that I could return to sports. I am pleased that she was able to help me achieve my goals with her expertise. I was able to return to sports and compete at a high level again!
