      Priceline lies about refunds. I booked a room accidentally for the wrong dates and all I wanted was the date changed. They wanted me to cancel the room and make another one but upon asking questions I found that they were gonna steal the money I already paid and charge me for another room instead of just changing the date. *********** simply changes the date with no hassle or stealing.

      When booking a hotel on Priceline a hotel rate that is marked as "Fully Refundable" does not mean that you can cancel and get a refund any time before the check-in date. It often means that you can get a refund within 24 hours of making the booking.

      I ordered my rental on the same card I tried to pick it up with and it was denied because it was chime. I was told I couldn’t get a refund even though there was nothing saying chime cards would not be accepted. I will never go through them again. Customer service should always be put first and unfortunately I was treated poorly. However, going directly through enterprise was great! Highly recommend.

      Priceline? Never! They have no respect for customers. The service is awful and incompetent. It wasn't easy to talk to representative, keep saying I can't help you and keep sending me from department to department, hang up few times on me as well. My problem wasn't solved in the end of 4 hours desperate calling and waiting on the phone. I wouldn't recommend Priceline to anyone. Very disappointing!

      Horrible : I reserved a car rental 7/24/2024, included collision coverage.. I cancelled the reservation and insurance 7/24/2024. I have been trying to get the $ 78 collision coverage back. I’ve been calling, I was told the check was cut 8/13 and mailed, to date 9/16/2024,, have not received.. Contacted today no one can tell me any information ie, check number, date mailed etc.. This has been such a unprofessional process….

      WELL I can say without hesitation do not book any flights with Priceline the insurance you buy is worthless the airlines charge you $100.00 dollars and then give you air line credits which are worthless to me I only fly on special occasions > BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

      Worst company everrrr SCAM ! Full of foreigners that are rude one of them hung up on me ! I booked a hotel and was never notified that a security deposit was required .. now they tell me I can’t be refunded and they can’t refund me because no manager is instore ! Everytime I call preiceline they are so rude and don’t help or listen they over talk you ! And talk at the same time as you huff and puff ! They hate their customers and their job I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN I RATHER PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE

      I booked a cruise (my 4th) through Priceline and Royal Caribbean, I got on the Royal Caribbean website to check on cabin upgrade to find it was about $1000 more for ocean view balcony. I had booked an intetior room for $1800+ When I called Royal Caribbean they said I had to go through Priceline since that's who I booked through. When I called Priceline they told me the upgrade was going to be about $3000 & could have given 2 **ts less about what I had to say, telling me it would cost me $3000 or $100 priceline cancelation fee + $500 Royal Caribbean cancelation fee + 25% fee (even though the cruise was late December), so basically I would get about $500 of my $1800 back and I could rebook if I wanted. I will give the cruise to a friend and make sure I NEVER use Priceline again!!

      If you book through priceline, check what they charge you! I booked 2 separate trips. 1st trip I got an emailed receipt of $360.14, then 2nd trip I got emailed a receipt for $192.10. They charged my credit card $363.87 and $197.72, respectively. Now if you were just browsing your credit card activity, you would just think, "yeah, looks about right". But, in reality they're charging a few extra dollars every time they process a booking! Imagine how many millions of dollars they're making if they're doing this to all their customers! I called them and they couldn't tell me why I was charged different amounts than what the emailed receipts stated. "Random computer glitch" was their reason. A computer glitch that charged me more than it was supposed to on two separate bookings made weeks apart? They said they can't do any refunds, they can only give me a 15% discount code off my next trip booked. Unacceptable. They're just trying to get more money to scam off you. Also, it took about 20+min to actually get someone on the phone to start, which was infuriating
