Management unwilling to resolve my dispute about a fee that doesn't show on my bank records. To save my valuable time I paid the $15 fee. Purchase made in early 2023, still dealing with it on June 2023. Negative, energy draining experience.Review from Marie B

I enjoy doing the puzzles, But…there is a SERIOUS misspelling of a word… The word is….NAVAJO…..which is pronounced…NAVAHO… The person who is responsible for NOT checking the proper spelling of the word is Mr. FRANKLIN LEE… Please inform Mr. Lee of this error.. The book it was in was Easy and Fun. Variety Puzzles…the question was on page 70…Quotagrams 2, Part A…#4…Southwestern Tribe… The Answer should have been…..NAVAJO. NOT NAVAHO… Thank you,

They have stolen my money. Don't buy. I ordered some puzzles beginning of September they were refused due tothe packaging and sent back. I had to make contact via email and was told I have to wait until they get their package back. It has been almost 4 months now and I have followed up several times with the infamous Betty. I even received the last email that said they will refund my money but still have not received a refundReview from Eric F

Placed my order on August 23, 2021 for $161.00 and its now Oct 27th and still no delivery. I contacted Penny Publications by email and received The following reply. Dear Ms. Wilson, Thank you for your recent order. I am happy to assist you with this inquiry. We do ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for delivery to Canada as we ship via 3rd class bulk mail through the US Post Office . Our records indicate that your order was shipped on August 27th, 2021 and it should arrive no later than October 22nd, 2021. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Seems to me there is no customer appreciation when Penney Publications can’t be bothered to get the customers name right. More than likely this is a standard response where they forgot to change the name and date yet they got my order number correct. Buyer beware because now I’m going through the headache of trying to cancel my order and subscriptions and get reimbursed, so… if you don’t want the same experience I recommend finding another supplier.Penny Publications, LLC Response

Hello- We apologize for incorrectly addressing the email response sent to you in September. Just to reiterate the response to your second email from earlier this week, due to the weight of our products, they are shipped via 3rd class bulk mail. Orders shipping outside of the United States are sent via surface mail, as the cost to ship via a traceable method is very expensive. We have used this shipping method for quite some time and very rarely have packages gone astray. As we advised, if nothing has arrived by this weekend, please let us know and a full refund will be issued. We appreciate your business and are very sorry for the inconvenience you have been caused.
