              transaction july 2021-- amount 1,219.00 -- custom made wheelchair did not meet the specs i ordered--they want to change things on chair to fix other problems-- still will not be custom chair meeting my specs-- center of gravity on this chair is 3 inches-- i ordered 2 inches-- they said they couldnt fit that in but with small change could do 2 1/2 inches-- i told them ok but beware im a double lower limb amputee so they would know if 2 v1/2 inches would be safe or not-- the chair i got is 3 inches and if i sit in it --it will flip backwards-- they will not take chair back -- they didnt meet the contract between us

              i ordered much needed formula. At first i received no confirmation indicating delivery date but when i reached out to them it was shipped immediately. i received it within days. it was overpriced any about 50.00. in addition, i ordered two cans and they were delivered in the cardboard container which had originally held four cans. i found this incredibly unprofessional. i had asked if they had more and i would have bought all four for my grandchild. shipping was steep as well on top of cost for formula. in these days of formula shortage for innocent babies it is sad that a company would take advantage of young families. instead they should be reaching out to help. the fact that they don’t makes you wonder what kind of individuals are running this company.
