            I signed a contract November 9, 2022 for residential plowing services for 2022/23 snow season. Tuesday, February 28th, was first snow storm. No plow truck came. I called the company(answering service) three times during the day to find out when their truck would be coming. Answering service took good notes and told me that the messages would be relayed. I sent an email March 1st when I discovered my driveway was still not plowed. I emailed the owner, Ted J G******, a copy of my signed contract and all communications with him in November. I asked him to please make contact with us. When I didn’t receive a response, I called his answering service again. I gave information about my experience with the company over the last day and asked for Ted to contact me by noon, or I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

            For over 30 years our family has enjoyed the extraordinary services of TJB-INC. We began with lawn maintenance and snow removal. But after about ten years we decided to convert what had been an in-ground swimming pool into a koi pond within a water garden complete with two waterfalls and a couple of stone bridges. Ted and his son Rob were extremely creative in approaching this work and the results are extraordinary and of the highest quality. In fact, people passing by our home have stopped and asked our permission to come over and admire our landscaping, which of course we are very happy to grant. More recently Rob has elaborated on our landscaping by building up a rugged, almost alpine path behind our pond. Also worth mentioning is the thought and care that Ted and Rob put into the selection of plants to add to our landscaping in such a way that we have various colors being manifested throughout the seasons (we live in New England). Finally, Ted and Rob are extremely reliable in their responses to specific events (like snowstorms). We value their contributions both to our aesthetic lives and to our peace of mind.
