      I ordered flowers from From Your Flowers. I spent $49.99 on a Magnificent Pink Rose & Lily Boquet to be sent to my mother in the hospital. What she received was a vase with 25 leaf stems and 3 red roses!!!! I could have picked prettier flowers from my backyard!!! All they offered me was a 50% discount and would not resend new flowers. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

      I will never order flowers from this company again! I tried giving them chances and they let me down. 1st order delivered on time. 2nd order delivered late. 3rd order did not get delivered at all.

      FROM YOU FLOWERS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT YOU CAN ORDER ANYTHING FROM! I ordered flowers for my niece's birthday to be delivered last week. I picked this company because they had an arrangement that I knew she'd love. The flowers were to be delivered on Friday. They were not delivered to her only to find out they were "supposedly" delivered to a town far from where my niece lives. ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER BY FROM YOU FLOWERS! They couldn't deliver another arrangement because it was Labor Day weekend. They assured me that the delivery would be there today (Tuesday). GUESS WHAT? Never showed up. They do not have a person in the USA to speak with. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! I will be leaving this review everywhere that I can leave it. This company is a SCAM of a company. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM! Go to a reputable florist. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!

      Ordered flowers,and paid extra for faster delivery. Flowers never showed up on first date. I was given half a refund & given a new delivery date. Flowers still never showed up. I am still waiting on Flowers. I keep being given same basic message & apology. I'm not being given any real hope. It's a they get there when they get there. Don't pay for extra . I'll never use them again. Worst customer service experience I have had a long tike.

      Fromyouflowers sent me an email that flowers where delivered so when i called my family member they have not recieved the flowers. I contacted customer service they said delivery is between 9-6. I get that but I got an emailed stating flowers were delivered yet they were not...so imagine calling the family member to surprise her and I ended up looking like an idiot. Fromyouflowers...you're a joke of a flower company. This Vera you have my contact info..yah call me! ?? *******************************

      This company is horrible! I ordered a premium arrangement for my mother and what she received was repulsive! I was absolutely appalled at the bait and switch they pulled. This cost me $76 after delivery. I contacted them immediately and they offered a partial refund or a redelivery. I opted for the redelivery so that my mother could receive what she was supposed to. They assured me that she would receive a redelivery in the morning. By 3pm the next day, nothing had been sent. I contacted them again and they stated that the redelivery was never processed because they "had an issue with the previous flower company" and needed to use a different company. But had I not reached out to them again, the redelivery wouldn't have been processed or done at all. This was on 8/31/2024 and they said they could process a redelivery for 9/3/2024. A redelivery 5 days after is not ok. I opted for a full refund and I am hitting them on any review site I can. I am very disappointed in this company. My first interaction with them was great but I realize now that was because I ordered a premade gift basket. Their flower side? Forget it!

      I got wilted flowers that looked like they were left outside in ******* sun. I complained to from you flowers and they offered a $3.00 refund. I'm disputing it with my bank.

      The delivery date was pushed back 4 days with no real explanation other than "holiday closures". The delivery date was not a holiday. They offered a 10 dollar credit. I will not use the credit as I will not use them again. They then offered a 7 dollar refund. Neither offers covered what I paid for delivery. Poor customer service.

      Rip off. Ordered a 50.00 bouquet, my sister in law received a 5.00 bouquet. I wish I could post pictures. Too bad you can't give zero stars. Stay away from them.

      this company is a joke. i ordered flowers for my wife, a whole 2 weeks early to make sure they arrived in time for her birthday. well the day comes and the flowers never came. i paid extra to get them in before her lunch as shes a teacher and that didnt happened. they just completely ruining the surprise i had planned for her birthday. STAY CLEAR OF THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. ZERO STARS
