This has been a tough road for me with this Bison 120. When ordering this on May 5th of 2021 I was told It would be delivered in July of 2021. I rented a yard space for $3500 that became available during the time of ordering. I expected this to be in July. The Bison 120 did not come in till February of 2022. With the delay in the machine was still excited to get it and start new adventure into my business. All my customers were also excited to know what I would be able to offer. Unfortunately, since I bought it has broken down so many times since purchased. I have lost business. The machine is known around the community as junk and people wont even rent from me knowing the issues my other customers have endured. This is what I have just though texts going back and forth with Sean Cl****** who is my salesman with ***** ****** *** *******. There were other issues that would have also been through my employees and phone conversation. March 10th, 2022, The welds came apart on the toggle plate, Had a rental set up and do to the breakdown it was lost. no mechanic for a few days to repair. May 31st, 2022, machine was down again once delivered to a customer. It was broken until June 26th. I lost the money for the 3-day rental as I delayed his job for my crusher. Neede new PCM I Did not run the machine again till July 25th 2022. I truley have no faith in this product. once we ran it again sure enough it was down again with in an hour of operating. at this point I am extremely frustrated. I have a huge yard of material that I had generated for this crusher and is constantly down. I continue to spend hours of labor for a machine that does not work. January - February - March - April 2023 multiple break downs. new computers, new sensors, new wire harnesses it has been down since I bought it. The machine has 200 hours on it. It is financially crippling my company buying an Evoquip product.
