              John did a project on my house and his work was quite unsatisfactory. I requested that he fix the handrails on the front of my house. He claimed that he would replace the wood handrails, which were painted white with metal handrails. He showed me a picture on his website of another job he had done in which the handrails were all white as a sample of what he would do for me. I verified specifically when he showed me the picture that they would all be white since these new handrails were metal not wood. He claimed the job was finished but he left the job with black handrails and raw wood, claiming that if I wanted everything to be painted white, it would need to be a new job. I advise not to use this guy. His attitude was very off-color and I discovered that he had been snooping around the back of my house since he had moved my chair and personal walker. He had no reason to move any of my things in the back of the house. None of the work done was back there. I would never recommend him.

              John gave me a reasonable quote and performed quality work. He was very prompt and did not try to fit my job between other jobs he may have been doing, as other contractors do. There is one issue with the grouting he did so I need him to come back and make that repair. I would, however, recommend him.

              John and his team did good work and his quotes were very reasonable, He was professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them for any general contracting job you may have.
