      I moved to a community where I didn’t think anything about them providing an internet provider, that we pay them for, and they get third party. Except this internet is the absolute worst internet company I’ve ever experienced and I’ve tried just about all of them from my times in different states. Their internet goes out AT LEAST 5 times a week for hours. Right not it’s been out almost 18 hours and can’t even figure out how to check for an outage and they don’t answer the phones. On the website you can only submit a complaint, which they never answer. It’s so hard to get answers from this company about anything at all. It has to be an outage because I reset my router 5+ times today, and nothing. I’m not unreasonable, I know stuff happens. But come on, to go out regularly 5+ times a week for months?! You’d think they’d do something about the constant outages. How am I supposed to complete my schooling online when I can’t even count on an internet provider I PAY for? And am essentially forced to use. I can’t run cables through an apartment building obviously so any other internet I use cannot be Ethernet. My lease is up in a few months and I’m considering not renewing my lease just because the internet is so bad and I cant rely on it to finish schooling I need to do. I can only tell my professor so many times my internet went out before it seems entirely unbelievable. Not really sure where else to go from here besides posting reviews so everyone else knows not to use this company, because I’m doubtful this review will end in resolution.

      The service is down again. My family and I moved to this complex over 7 months ago and the internet is down constantly. It's either severely slow or not working at all. I can understand emergency situations but even when Moonbeam is performing supposed upgrades or maintenance, residents aren't provided any kind of courtesy to know beforehand. My children have school assignments and homework that are falling behind this week because we've had maybe 1 day of partially working service this entire week. We would love to change providers, any provider but unfortunately, we are forced to keep this unreliable service. I called during business hours to speak with a manager and was advised by a gentleman to call back tomorrow to speak with Cindy. This is unacceptable and of very poor business ethics. Customers are forced to pay for services that do not work on a regular basis. Sadly, it feels like we are being taken advantage of for $40 a month. I'd rather pay another provider triple that amount for better service. Something really needs to be done immediately to improve this service. Especially considering Moonbeam is the only option in our area.
