              We purchased a cruise through CruCon. I suffered a stroke 5 days before the cruise. I was hospitalized. My husband reached out to Crucon, ********* ******* and to airlines to cancel the trip or to ask for credit for a future trip. We have received the run around. Being pushed off from one company to the next.

              I booked a cruise reservation and it's fully paid for. The cruise date was for Sept. 23,2024. I phoned CruCon to cancel, 3 times and not able to talk to someone. I then emailed them and the following day received a phone call from ****** I informed her I wanted to cancel this reservation and that is when I found out They have a cancellation of $50. I said okay I want to cancel and then ***** stated the $50 fee is per person. I said nowhere on the reservation a fee of $50 per person would be charged for cancelling. This cruise was totally paid for and the cruise line refunds 100% because I am 5 months out. ***** stated then they charge $50 per person since they are not making any money. I have never had a travel agency charge per person for cancelling a cruise. I am a senior and feel this company is overcharging for cancelling, I was okay with $50 but not happy with being charged $100, this is not acceptable. I will not recommend this company to any of my friends and feel they are taking advantage of their senior clients.
