Early March 2021 we contacted the service dept to check our pool for a piping (hose) leak. NOT THE LINER WHICH IS ONLY 2 years old and installed by Blue Dolphin.
A date was ser in late April to test and evaluate. Paid my $150 and they reviewed the pressures and determined it was one ot the returns. Discussions on how it could be done was discussed with approval given since I could not run the pool as is by losing 2" + a day.
They ( I believe it was Jason ) said it's goon we notified them early so we would be at the top of the list and that would be the last week of June actually the seventeenth and eighteenth. We had called them the week before to make sure we were on the schedule.
The seventeenth cams but so did the NO SHOW. We called and they said they would be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came with a NO SHOW, But Nick showed up around mid-day and promised tomorrow.I asked if he could call us one way or another and that next day because we've. Had to juggle appointments and such to accommodate their schedule so we could get the pool open before fall. He promised us he would. Next day CALLED SERVICE AND I BELIEVE CAM ANSWERED AND HE "SAID THEY WERE INSTALLING A VERY COMPLICATED POOL LADDER". OK CAM, NO CALL, NO SHOW. TODAY IS JUNE 1, 2021 and still NO CALL NO SHOW.
Jean, I think it is very pathetic on the way you have treated us after about 40 years since you were at Playtime and sold us our pool. I guess you don't value your customers anymore.

The first day I knew of your problem is the same day you write this review? You have the nerve to say I'm abusing my customers?? Did you think that maybe with the pandemic that we have twice the work and half the staff?? Bob does not run the service department, it is Jason. Service related inquiries go to ********************. The department is run by Jason and Rory. Cam is a helper. It would have been nice to have more than an hour's notice before you throw me under a bus.
