Feel like I've been scammed. Told the person when I signed up for the promotion I do not get auto fills. He yesed me to death. Didn't call and they placed oil in my tank. Told them I wasn't having auto fil so they charged my account the promotion price of 100. It's not right and was told I wasn't going to be auto fil but did it any way. I shouldn't be responsible for there error. Beware

The Promotion offered by our company is for Automatic delivery customers only, who must remain on automatic delivery for 1 year. With that, a credit of $100.00 is placed on the account. If the customer does not remain on automatic delivery, the $100.00 is charged back to the account. Customer took the initial delivery, and when the second delivery was made, only took 18 gallons, obviously took oil from another supplier. When approached with this, said did not want to be on automatic delivery. We then explained the program again, and that the $100.00 would be charged back to the account.Customer Response

I don't think you understood me. I told you up-front I didn't want automatic delivery because I work with a few oil companies and who ever had the best price I go with. My son is a plumber. I did not need any boiler services. I'm not sure if you understood that. You told me that was fine. I would have never went with that had i known it was automatic delivery. I also told you I don't want a bill all the time. This is why I'm having problems understanding this. Because I was upfront with you. And I feel scammed
