On 3/2/2021, I order a $399 wall sconce which I received May 6. On May 9, I emailed and called Rocky mountain decor and left messages for them to obtain an address and how to process in returning this fixture to them. Their web site instructs to contact them before any returns are made: So that is what I did. I have my emails attempting to connect with them to help obtain an address for my return. I was unable to get a response from anyone at Rocky mountain decor until July 25 almost 11 weeks later. With the UPS shipping label they emailed me I returned the fixture on July 30. I did dispute this charge with my CC company for them to reach out to them to help me. Initially Rocky mountain decor said they couldn't refund my money quoting in an email that "portal states- cannot issue refund on this transaction as buyer has already filed a chargeback on it". My CC proved to them that they recharged my CC for the amount of the fixture because my CC couldn't solve or help me with this problem. Rocky Mountain told me via email that it needs to run its course. This was an email from 8/23. On 8/28, via email Rocky mountain decor stated that I mailed the fixture to the wrong address so now they can't refund me. They sent me via email the UPS label I used to return it. I have receipts, printed emails and my CC case number to prove my actions. The only thing I don't have is my phone call messages I left at Rocky Mountain Decor.
