              *** sent me a message stating that I owe $1033 for medical procedure. I paid that amount on 03/08/24 through the phone using my credit card. At the same time, they assured me that they were going to send me a receipt at the end of the day and also that they would send me an itemized bill within a week through my email. I have not received any of them so far. I really need them and I want them to send me these documents.

              7/27/23-BHR IS A SCAM!--Received a text message from BHR today offering to "resolve" or pay a debt to a radiology department of a hospital with whom I have no connection. I immediately called my doctor's billing department who confirmed I owe nothing. I will ignore this text and delete it. Never click on hotlinks from unknown sources and always check directly with your contacts to confirm any problems or issues.

              I assure we are a real company. We work for many different Hospitals, Doctors and medical facilities. We use the information sent to us from our customers to reach out to consumers. I would ask that you please let us know if you were contacted in error. There are several ways to contact us to dispute the debt. You can call us at ###-###-####. We also have a portal on our website that you can use to send a dispute - www.bhrllc.com. We are not able to find an account under the name you used on this review so we are unable to mark the account as being disputed.
