            I bought a car from this place and my mirror was broken one of the seat belts doesn't work it was missing the wrench and a couple other parts for changing the tire the car was dirty the car was never cleaned before I got it and I had talked to them about fixing my mirror they said they were going to order the part and then when I called back to ask about it 1 and a half weeks later they said it was out of stock so I found the parts online myself so I called them back and told them and they asked me if I could order the parts and fix it myself because I had told him that I could so they were supposed to send me a check for $100 for fixing it myself 50 for the part and 50 for fixing it and I haven't seen a check every time I call they just tell me they're going to call me back and never do I just like to have my mirror fixed and anything else that I can get fixed thank you very much I hope that you were able to help me out

            This place should be shut down and sued by anyone who has fallen for these people. Sadly I am one of the lucky ones. I was put in a bind and needed a car. Was fed a lot of **** about how great the car is. Clean bill of health and yet two weeks into buying it I'm at a ford dealer ship and they have told me there's a TON of problems electrical and mechanical and they can't pin point it. Not only do they cover up things. They also promise a 200$ referral program and they mail you a check. Yet to see that one. When you try to get a hold of ANYONE no answer. No call no email nothing. You go in to talk to anyone they can't help you. Stay out of autosense. Do not fall for them. It's a HUGE HUGE TRAP!!! They force you to sign what they called a "cool off period" paper stating once it's off the lot it's not any problem of theirs. If I can help anyone from this I hope I can. They are the worst. The salesmen lean up against your cars not caring smoking on them. It's disgusting. Should be shut down. And the owner should never be allowed to open up shop again.
