              I purchased a car on 2/22/2024. Within a week the car repeatedly overheated. I kept having to pull over on the side of the road. The dealership had to send a tow truck to my home on 3/8/2024. On 3/11/2024 I was told they had sent the car to a bmw specialist. The dealership was told it would cost $3900 to fix. On 3/15/2024 I called for an update. First I was told they were sourcing parts. Later was told they wanted to send somewhere else for a second opinion. U called again on 3/20/2024 and was again told they had to send to another specialist. Any time I ask for an update there is none. They still have possession of the car with no resolution.

              Being over 70 years of age and still playing with a full deck, I have come to the conclusion that these guys are better than most dealers. I have owned over 30 vehicles for personal as well as business purposes, and I can honestly say that I am glad to have found them. Car buying, at best, is an exchange of funds between two parties. Every move should be agreed on, and on paper, and signed for by both parties. This way all intentions are expressed and recorded. My belief is that any of these unhappy people followed their own course as to how to buy a vehicle and probably not in any already accepted order. If not, if they were given the option to back out of a deal, then, THEY SHOULD HAVE. That way many of these headaches would have never happened.I like them A LOT!!!!
