I bought my car on December 31st 2023. 2024 Honda CR-V. We were rushed through the whole process cing it was New years Eve and they wanted to meet the Quota. We had explained to them that I was the owner & my partner was the the co-signer. That I wanted black rims and rain guards. And I would wait for the rims & rain guards. But because they had to make the sale that night, they told me I could come back for that stuff & handed me there card. After signing they then told us we would have to b back that week to finish paperwork bfor 12noon so that it went in as part of 2023 sales. So we both had to Leave work to deal w that. Day after sale on January 1st I noticed the driver's door was off w the liner and emailed them. Went right in they said it would get fix. It took them over a month to get all the paperwork done and mest it up putting me as the co-signer & my partner as the owner. For there mess up they added rain guards and gave me free oil changes up to 125,000 miles. The car went in 2 times to fix the door & it wasn't. On the 2nd time, 488 miles was added on my car. They can't Account for the miles. & basically offered me $500 to let it go. Then when I told them the clock spring was broken in the stirring wheel They wouldn't fix it. I had to go to Honda of Nashua New Hampshire to have them fix it. Where they told me. Multiple dealerships have already had to replace this part. I feel like they did not want to touch my vehicle anymore. & deal with me. They're very shady. & cannot account for the miles added on to my car, which I don't understand when the dealership & body shop are one street over From each other. I feel like I was taking advantage of. I should be enjoying my vehicle and instead I feel like someone else took my car for a joy ride. & no one wants to fess up to it. And so they don't get sued. They offered me $500 to keep my mouth shut. I will not be returning to auto fair Honda of Manchester nh again. And we'll continue my Business w Honda Nashua nhReview from Susan Winters

On Oct.10, 2018, I purchased a new Honda CRV. To be brief, I needed new tires at 25,000 miles. I was pressured to do it then because there was a storm and I had to drive my child to Boston the next day (sleet, rain). So I did it, but was appalled that 25000 needed tires. Sprint ahead 2 years. With another 22,754 miles on my car, I was again told I needed new tires. I spoke to the person in Service. He would not do anything financially for me. I left angry. I called Bridgestone and they gave me a reference number to have tires put on. I called Service Manager, (can provide name) and explained the situation and told him the reference number Bridgestone gave me. I have the warranty in front of me. Again, they would not honor a warranty on tires THEY sold me. Excuse was that they buy them from a wear house and they would not get the money from Bridgestone (who say that's not true). MY 2012 Honda (purchased at Dover Honda tires were changed at 60,000 miles. Deceptive practice. Wonder if they are purchasing inferior or old tires. But the main point is: THEY SELL TIRES, BUT DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY ON TIRES THEY SELL. Inferior practice. I will never buy from them again. If you need tires, go to a place that only sells tires.Autofair Honda Response

Hi Susan,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our service director, John S** *******, is reaching out to you to see if we can help. I completely understand your frustration. Although It is not uncommon for smaller wheel based SUV's to have tires wear out between 20k and 30k miles we do understand that is frustrating. I can assure you we are not selling old and inferior tires.
Thank you,

In a year and a half I have bought 3 new cars with Honda Auto Fair my first car was a 2020 honda ridgeline..second car was a 2022 ridgeline…third car was a 2022 honda pilot..and on the third purchase they scammed me out of 2,995 and they say it is from Market adjustment.. but I as a client or anyone does not have to pay that and I asked him what all this money was that they were charging me for and they did not give me a specific reason.. With my third car I feel super ripped off I do not recommend that you buy hereAutofair Honda Response

I had the pleasure of purchasing a Honda CR-V with Autofair Honda of Manchester NH, and I could not have had a better car buying experience! I was greeted right away by the sales staff, all of which were personable, warm, and accommodating. Debbi R** and Danielle, along with countless other staffers made the entire process effortless, and were very helpful and informative through the entire process. This is my fourth time purchasing a vehicle, but my first time working with Autofair, and it was by far the best experience I have ever had. I will return there for all my future needs. I highly recommend shopping with Autofair Honda of Manchester or any affiliates for your future auto needs!Review from Jeanne M

The primary purpose of this review is to inform other buyers of factory defects on two black 2022 HR-Vs vin number ***************** ********************. The first vehicle was parked inside upon arrival. Due to the interior lighting the factory paint defects were not noticed until all paperwork was completed and the car "purchased". Thankfully, due to the suns movement, before getting in the car to drive away bubbles, and white streaks became very evident underneath the protective paint coating. The dealership informed us that Honda would only fix this by re-painting the door and thought this to be the best solution and wanted us to take the car. It was out belief that the purchase of a brand new car means that vehicle should be in perfect, top-notch condition. We refused the paint, as after factory painting of two doors would leave the car's coloring looking uneven. They then offered the only other black HR-V 2022 on lot. We inspected the outside of the car, saw no blemishes, and returned to financing again to change the paperwork over to the 2nd vehicle. During competition of the paperwork, while they were buffing the car, it became clear that this car also had the same under coating paint defect. It was very clear from the numerous times they informed us, as things kept going from bad to worse, that it was critical we give them a ten on the final survey. That anything below a ten was a fail and would hurt them. After hearing this from our sales associate, two floor managers, and two financial advisors it was becoming clear that their main concern was their performance review not our considerable purchase. At this point we had spent five hours at the dealership and decided to go home and discuss what to do. We informed finance and the dealership to not run any purchase and wait for our decision. Within an hour of being home we decided it was worth waiting for a new car to come in that was not defective. We informed the dealership of this before they closed.Autofair Honda Response

The dealership strives to provide excellent customer service and believes it has provided that in this instance. The reviewer is not a customer of the dealership, but her daughter was. The customer found a new vehicle she liked, purchased it, and changed her mind after completing the purchase paperwork due to some kind of perceived imperfection in the paint. In an effort to please the customer, the dealership offered to take that vehicle back and sell the customer a different new vehicle. However, the customer determined there was yet another perceived imperfection in the second vehicle's paint and decided ultimately not to move forward with the purchase. The dealership does not manufacture vehicles and it did not paint these vehicles, so any perceived imperfection or dissatisfaction the customer may have regarding the paint job should be directed at the manufacturer. The dealership is unsure of what more it could have done to accommodate the customer; the dealership could have required the customer to keep the first vehicle pursuant to an executed contract. Instead, the dealership took both vehicles back from the customer without any protest. It should be noted that one of the vehicles has already been sold to a different customer who was comfortable with the appearance of the paint.

I went to lease a 2022 Honda Civc Sport. I have done previous leases in the past with AutoFair Honda and never had a missed or late payment. I was given an online quote 2 weeks ago (same calendar month). I called a day ahead of time to confirm my quote was still good and was told it was and that I could come in and lease the vehicle. The sales manager came in and said the quote will be market adjusted and the new lease payment will be $100 dollars more. I had an email quote in my hand from AutoFair Honda supposedly honored and once I went in the showroom all the honor went out the door. First they looked at my quote and said they couldn't find it in their computer system. I asked them to look harder and then they found it. Then they said my quote expired. There is no expiration mentioned on it. Clearly this is where are the sleazy car sales personnel work. I missed a day of work for no reason. I would not waste your time at AutoFair Honda. Absolutely disgusted with these folks.Review from Robert J

I had to get a leased Honda Accord from them. My credit was problematic from my divorce.I was told when the lease is up I can purchase the car with only a simple form and no credit check. American Honda Fiance was course and stonewalled consistently. When I finally through to American Honda Finance, they said my car had two many miles on it and not able to be financed. I was pushed into another lease, when this lease was up I had trouble buying a car on there lot. It seems that American Honda Finance does not report the payments where the banks look. I finally had enough and told American Honda Finance to call Auto fair Honda and make this work. I purchased a new car but even that was a ridiculous process. go somewhere else fast.Review from eugene f

Regarding Mr. Robert B****
at AutoFair Honda
*************************************
At 2017 after about a four months searching at internet we with my Wife
discovered a dream deal at NH AutoFair Honda, of new Honda.
The price charged as was advertised, no gimmicks,
no additional charges. The car was delivered to us to Massachusetts 170 miles away from NH AutoFair(!) at the time promised with all bells&wistles!
On the regular basis since 2017 we get the communication(s) with the
sale's advisor Mr. Robert B****,
and after four years we are still happiest owners!
Thanks again Robert! The car is great!
