I contacted Muhler 2/6/2023 to get a quote for replacement of 7 windows in my home. On 2/17/2023, George came out and measured the windows and told me I only needed to replace 6 windows. That quote cost me $150.00. It took about 3 hours for the measurements, so I didn't question the cost. The cost of materials for the job was over $2,000 and they collected that at the time I placed the order. It took until 5/11/2023 for John and George to come to replace the windows only to find out there was something wrong with all the windows with the exception of the 1/2 round glass, which they did replace that day. On 6/27/2023, they came out and replaced the windowsl. There was, however, another issue. All of my windows have a 6 pane configuration and one of the replacement windows had a 9 pane configuration. Today on 8/1/2023 they brought the proper 6 pane configuration window. They then charged the $675 labor. I will note that I asked for some consideration ($$) for the mess-ups that were all Muhler and was told they could not. I would not recommend Muhler for anything. One of my neighbors came over after they left today to get information to use Muhler for their windows. They will be going elsewhere! I would not recommend Muhler!
