I really wish 0 ratings could be allowed! I don't even know where to start with this "management" company. Would never in life recommend this place to anyone. Besides the fact that absolutely not one person in that office gives a d*** about the tenant's livelihood and comfortability, the service management is even worse. They never make it a priority to make sure repairs are done in a timely manner and/or completed. They want your money and care about nothing else. It's shameful that this place is still in business. Nothing but horror stories. The state of the world today should incite them to do better business, but I digress. I'll be keep checking to see when this place is closed for good! We deserve to live in a decent dwelling without the hassle of being gaslit and ignored.Review from Keyshia B

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I do not recommend using this company! They did not ensure that my tenants had renters insurance. They did not ensure that my tenants adhered to the no pet policy. Upon evicting my tenant the company subtracted a trash removal fee from the security deposit, trash that I removed Myself from my property. I was charged management fees for a property that was not managed.Review from Brittany J

Management is the absolute worst and completely useless! The maintenance workers fix everything just enough for them to say they’ve completed the job and days later-the same issue comes back. During move out, I was charged for a burnt out socket, a loose screen on the patio, and a light cover-ALL WHICH WERE THAT SAME WAY UPON MOVE IN! When I asked for an itemized statement of the charge breakdown, the PROPERTY MANAGER could not even provide that to me! I don’t even know what I’m REALLY paying for! They even charged me for a maintenance call for a defected shower head that THEY installed. Reason I was charged-“because it was something I could’ve fixed myself”. Well I don’t think it’s rocket science to know that if I COULD, I WOULD! What’s the point of maintenance if they’re going to charge you for every call?! You can only get things done when you go speak to someone face to face-otherwise they hang up on you. My unit was so poorly constructed, it flooded through in my bedroom and hallways. It was so bad that my wooden floors were SOFT and you can SMELL the mildew building up. It took WEEKS and for me to go speak with the THEN property manager For someone to even come look at the issue. But again-they want their rent on time. I called to set up a payment arrangement For this SUSPICIOUS final balance after move in and the property manager asked me if I could pay more than what I already told him I could afford. When I asked him why is he asking for more, his response was “because paying this off is over half a year”. SMH. And I reiterate-all they’re concerned about is MONEY!! I’m assuming he thought all of my income is due to Landmark and no other bills. They’ve had 2 different sets of management since I’ve lived there and both sets have shown incompetency! I’m awaiting a response corporate now! While they have beautiful homes, I would go go an entire apartment complex before renting through this lazy, money hungry rental company again!!Review from Cheryl F

Requested a refrigerator because my current one rubber seal has rotted off. I recieved a used refrigerator that was much smaller dirty and was infested with roaches. I contacted Landmark Resources and they told me it was the owner who requested the refrigerator as the replacement. I need them to hold some type of standards for the tenants. They didn't care and I still need a better refrigerator because my current one does not close properly.Review from Mike P

On December 4,2021 water leaking down from unit # 404 to my unit # 304 and on Dec. 5,2021 ,I reported this water leakage to HOA Manager by email along the pictures of the water leaks which was also reported the tenant of unit # 404 n Dec 4,2021. On Dec 5,2021 I went up to see to see where the water leakage is coming from and took some pictures. On Dec 10,2021 I sent another email to HOA Manager" On Dec 14,2021 I talked to service, to report that water leakage still has not fixed and promised me that it will fixed Dec 15th-Water leakage finally fixed by maintenance after 11 days since it was reported. On Jan 21,2022-I sent an email to HOA Manager asking her where to send the water damage repair bill from unit # 404. and pretended as if she does not know about this leakage which I reported to her on Dec 5th and Dec 10th asking me if I was getting a water leakage from # unit 404 On Jan 21,2022 I asked her again if she could you tell me where to send the water damage repair bill from #404 and she replied "You can email that to On Jan 21.2022 Jan 21st-here's a copy of my email to I am submitting a copy of the water damage repair bill from #404 as reported to you by of#404 on Dec 4th 2021 as well as my email to On Jan 24,2022 Jan 24th- reply; Good Morning, I will not be accepting this estimate. We were not notified that there was a leak into your unit, the reason we repaired the leak in 404 is due to complaints of leaking from our tenant. I will contact the owner to see if he willing to repair the damages but prior to doing so I will need you to send photo On Feb 1,2022 I have not heard from I do not see why they are refusing responsibility for the damages since it was reported to them in a timely manner.Landmark Resources, LLC Response

The owner of unit # 404 had Champion Windows to replace all the windows and sliding glass doors several years back. Champion Windows and the management company manager met with the owner of #304 and found that the water is coming from deteriorated caulking of above his sliding glass door. When it rains water comes from the casing at the top of his sliding glass door window - NOT from the ceiling above which would be the indicator that water was coming from unit # 404 above.
The owner of # 304 was advised he needs to caulk around the sliding glass door casing inside and outside. Owner of unit # 304 should contact the HOA and see if they will assist him possibly on the outside. Per the community Master Deed and By-Laws the windows and doors are an owners responsibility. The owner of unit # 304 has owned the condo for many years and severed on the HOA Board of Directors for several years and should know that windows and doors are an owners responsibility.Review from Remi

Worst, scam, and unprofessional. Dealing with this leasing business is even worst than buying a Powerball lottery ticket. It is simply a bait to lure you into a year lease. I moved from New York, processed everything in July 2021, and was informed the place will be ready by mid-August. I'm writing this review in November, the place is still not ready. It is better to be homeless, and saving your money than dealing with landmark. Bunch of fraudulent folks, only after your money. Stay away from Landmark, they are simply a fraud. Deserves no star but the site customized to star-rate it prior to posting, shameful acts. Remi Cayce. SC.
