Leased a rent to own home in 2019, did major repairs to the home, over 30,000 dollars worth, they still charged us 900 per month for the home. Then the house still was not in livable shape and we moved somewhere safer, but I need to know if we can get our money back from what we put into the property.

I think I was scammed. because I spent my 401k into this property .I didn't get nothing from this property. because vision property didn't care about how much time and money I invested into the property I was leasing. I was late on my payments. but my payments stayed up to date.It seems like they wanted me to fail.I tried to make a payment after Christmas cause the 25th was my last day before I got a late fee.They wouldn't take my payment on the 26th. So they file for me to be evicted

We hired this company because we were so disappointed in the last company and hoped this company would actually help us. In the beginning they were so awesome but for the last two years as disappointing as the last company. Lately they do not address our concerns nor do we feel they even care at all about this complex. We are going downhill with them and our complex is becoming such a mess and feel like it's right back to the mess that we wanted their help with. We haven't had our palm trees done in over 2 years which not only makes a mess but palms are flying all over the place one hit my head and someone is really going to get hurt and thankfully I did not but just a matter of time before someone does and have expressed this to them many times and all I ever hear is that we are working on it for the past year!! So many things around here are so neglected and if they walk the grounds weekly like they say they do makes no sense how they cannot see this. Water pipe in corner against 13st which has been leaking for months lights down and hose which had been leaking going into the pool how do they not notice!! Not sure what they are doing with our money and now we have a board with only one person on it that is not ok how can we even thrive on that. There was a board meeting this past week and no one could even get into it. Oh we tried myself and a couple of neighbors and this management company never responded to us all regarding this!! Apparently they did not want us on this meeting because of our concerns. We had do many hopes that this company would make a difference here but instead they are dragging this complex to the ground and making it worse. These are our homes and so dissatisfied on their lack of caring and the lack of making a difference. Hope they can sleep at night knowing they are making our complex the mess it is!!

In 2016 we needed to find a new home quick. Luckily there was a home for sale in our small town of Kansas and ot was through a company called Vision Ptoperty management. When we contacted them about the house they said they wanted $90,000 for it which was way over priced for our community to start with but once we looked at it we came to realize the foundation was shifting, the central heat/air had been ripped out, the kitchen was completely gutted, hot water tank busted, and plumbing had been frozen and broken so the entire house needed replumbed. The house had a ton of trash in it, nasty furniture, and it looked like druggies had been squating in the upstairs bathroom. They even took it to the extent of ripping out every single light fixture. Even with all of that we saw the potential and needed to get into a new home quickly with our newborn so discussed a lease to own option as we were unable to get a home loan due to our credit. They agreed to drop the price to $65,000 and do a lease for 7 years at $657 a month. We made the kitchen useable, cleaned up the house, put in new plumbing and after 2 years they sent someone out to appraise our home and jumped our rent to $765 yet never gave us a new lease. We had struggles over the years trying to make ends meet but always kept contact and always paid up. In 2020 we contacted them to get their help on applying for rental assistance due to the pandemic and husband losing his job but they refused then became unreachable. In 2021 a realtor shows up on our door step and says shes here to list our house for sale. We have fought to find out by who, to get any information about it and she refuses to five us any info. Still cannot contact VPM and she says her contact Keylinks is filing for immediate eviction. What are we to do? How can this be legal? Are we just supposed to forfeit our home of 6yrs? This company clearly seems like scam artists and continues to get away with it

US Home rentals, Vision Property Management, LLC, Kaja Holdings 2, LLC, RVFM 11 Series, LLC, DSV SPV 1, LLC, DSV SPV 2, LLC DSV SPV 3, LLC, Alan Investments III, LLC, Boom SC, LLC, Yora, LLC, RVFM 4 Series, LLC, RVFM 13 Series, LLC . my son and I contracted with this cooperation for a rent to own property on 12/6/2018. The home was not move in condition, we had to do many repairs before moving in with our own money plus pay monthly payments thinking the balloon payments was for payments of the home. We have found most of the payments paid are for insurance and taxes that was behind(2019)which is included with monthly payments. since we have been in the home we have been remodeling the home little by little. we have been thru several management companies (3) over the past year. we also have sent forms to the IRS regrading credits payed into the property. we have done research on the property finding that the entities paid $500.00 for the property and charging us for the property $63,999.38 they have done no repairs for the property, all repairs are done by my son and I. WE WAS SCAMMED. these companies should not be able to do business in this country. they are robbing the people in this country for capital gain. our sweat and equity are being used to repair homes that we need to live in. they are violating us by stealing our credits and using us instead of doing the right thing for natives of this country. I'm afraid of losing my home. I have children that should not be facing homelessness. we have made this house a home and want to keep it.
