On April 2, 2024 I hired Meetze Plumbing to come to my residence and unclog my drain line going from my house to my septic tank. Upon completion I was told that the clog in my drain line had been removed and that they would be sending someone the next day to insert a camera into my drain and let me know if I would need to do any further work to keep it clear. I was charged $159.00 On the following day April 3, 2024 I was visited by a second technician to do a follow-up by using a small camera inserted into my drain. After doing this I was told that my line was still clogged, but I could used my toilet for another two or three days before it backed up again. Or I could pay them an additional $2600.00 to fix the problem. I then asked the technician why I was charged $159.00 if my drain line hadn't been unclogged, and was told that they had made a small hole in the clog.....that could last up to 2 days. I called them back on April 4, 2024 to voice my concerns and was told that there was no warranty on clogs, so basically I paid $159.00 to use my toilet for two days!!!!
