My wife and I had a house renovated, and Rite Temp reworked the ducting and thermostats while using the same units. So we spent around 20K while using the existing units. Trying to get Rite Temp to fulfill the subsequent service agreements has been a nightmare, and especially with the one we are currently under. Specifically, an office worker named Sandy ******* I called her in November to ask about our service agreement, which I paid in full for $1,117.28 back in January 2021. They did come out in July 2021 to perform one of the two contracted services, but claimed they did not have the fluorescent bulbs that should have been replaced. When I called again in November they still did not have the bulbs. Sandy ***** was very nasty to me on the phone, so I had to elevate the matter to a gentleman named Tony, who is either a supervisor or part owner. I explained the situation to him, and he refunded the cost of the bulbs, which was some $300+ dollars. Here we are in February2022, the contract for 2021 has still not been fulfilled, and I had to call and ask why. Once again, I had to talk with Sandy ******* and this time she said she couldn't deal with me and hung up on me. Once again, I had to call Tony to have him look into it. I am not understanding why the contract has not been fulfilled, or why I wasn't called to have this explained to me. I am also not understanding why someone is allowed to continue working with customers when she is obviously not suited for such a position and after it was brought to the attention of management. That problem was NOT fixed. I would not recommend dealing with Rite Temp unless and until there is someone else who is better suited to work with customers, and not until they have their "issues" worked out so that they are able to fulfill the contracts that they are all too happy to collect the money for but not communicate with you when they have not fulfilled. Not communicating with customers effectively is a non starter.
