I have a Townhome with rats in the attic. I contracted them to rid the unit of rats and take steps to discourage their return. They completed the work and within 3 days the rats had returned. I contacted Mr. Scott Smith, General Manager at All Things Wild and he said all townhomes in the building unit must be treated to ensure the rats would not return. He did not tell me this critical information before his tech did the work on my townhome. He did, however, keep the full payment ($775) to do the extermination. I contacted another exterminator who eliminated the rats in my townhome and secured it so that the unit remains free of rodents.

When Mr. M********* contracted us at the end of June 2021 ATW did explain that the process to totally rid his townhome from rats reoccurring was to exclude the entire structure. We explain this to any potential customer that lives in a townhome or condo. Mr. M********* has his timeline confused because it was two months later before he contacted us about the reoccurring problem so therefore the statement that they returned three days later is false. I (Scott S****) personally spoke with him about the issue and explained the process again to him. I also said that we could come back and trap for the rats again at a discounted rate and he refused to pay anymore money for trapping. Therefore there was no other options at the time for a ATW to help him because the minimal work that we did on his individual townhome had been reinspected and the rats were not getting through it. That was also explained to Mr. M********* during our conversation. He also requested me to send him an email that explained this process to the other adjacent townhomes in that structure, which I (Scott S****) did per his request. Now a month or more later again he has emailed me requesting a refund. Of course we did not comply with that request because the work contracted was completed in July 2021. Obviously this is his attempt to discredit our company any way he can. Hopefully you guys at BBB will do what is just after our response.
