From the first visit to our home until the project was completed, I was very impressed. The crew arrived on time and I was introduced to all of them. They were all very professional and courteous. They walked me through step by step of everything they were working on. I was informed daily on the progress being made and what progress would be made the following day. After the project was completed, they replanted all of the bushes/shrubs and left the job site very clean. We are very grateful that we found an honest contractor with lots of experience and integrity. We highly recommend. Thank you!

Jared and his team {three others} worked together like a well oiled machine. They were here when they said and ended the same. From time to time I was asking questions and receiving answers in a very business like manner, not only from Jared, but also the other three. I highly recommend this company to do an outstanding job for any problems of the nature they are in business to do. Clean up went as well as possible, being hampered by a deluge of rain coming down the night before. Jared and his team did an excellent job replacing broken sump discharge line, repairing 8 cracks in my basement walls and replacing my patio . They arrived when expected, and cleaned up before they left, leaving everything in order. They kept within their estimate which was also at a fair price. I appreciate their work. **** * I cannot sing enough praises for the quality workmanship and professionalism exhibited by the staff at NOBW! This was my second dealing with them; my fiancé had had them seal 7 leaking cracks throughout my basement from my house settling about 12 years ago and they have been totally dry in that interval! Unfortunately, I found another new crack recently and contacted them again! The team that came out for the repair was very conscientious, meticulous, and cleaned up the mess that was left after the repair. Both workers were friendly and courteous.
